This is a great location. We went at high time for dinner and the service was spectacular. The food was hot and juicy with a... great smoky flavor. The sweet potato fries we received were equally great. They have a great variety of bbq sauce without beingoverwhelming: original, sweet, spicy, and raspberry chipotle (which I think is just limited time, so maybe it rotates). Thestaff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. We received our order without a long wait. All in all, super satisfiedwith this location, I will definitely look forward to my future visit. We've been searching lately for a new and memorable BBQ restaurant. We've been hearing about this place since 2015 but have been... too stubborn to check it out. We finally took the plunge tonight. We're very impressed, the food is delicious! The pulled porkand chopped chicken have this crave-worthy smokey taste. When paired with their sweet and zesty BBQ sauce, you get a killer duo.It's probably one of the best BBQ experiences I've had to date. The take out service was also timely and efficient. I don't know what it is with this location but it's simply awful. I have given this location in Provo many chances, but every... time I end up disappointed. Every time I have ordered from here they have forgotten the BBQ sauce. EVERY TIME! Also, the qualityof the meat has been questionable. This last time I ordered the turkey. The turkey was almost completely inedible. It's a shamethat this location isn't as good as the rest. I really like the food at the other locations.
