This is a great location. We went at high time for dinner and the service was spectacular. The food was hot and juicy with a... great smoky flavor. The sweet potato fries we received were equally great. They have a great variety of bbq sauce without beingoverwhelming: original, sweet, spicy, and raspberry chipotle (which I think is just limited time, so maybe it rotates). Thestaff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. We received our order without a long wait. All in all, super satisfiedwith this location, I will definitely look forward to my future visit. Truly some of the best bbq brisket I?ve had. In town from Louisville, KY and was greeted and served with more hospitality than... even I am used to! Fresh side salad, amazing beer choices and prices, AND an incredible cobbler that makes me miss my granny.Don?t skip this spot. Read more
We've been searching lately for a new and memorable BBQ restaurant. We've been hearing about this place since 2015 but have been... too stubborn to check it out. We finally took the plunge tonight. We're very impressed, the food is delicious! The pulled porkand chopped chicken have this crave-worthy smokey taste. When paired with their sweet and zesty BBQ sauce, you get a killer duo.It's probably one of the best BBQ experiences I've had to date. The take out service was also timely and efficient. I don't know what it is with this location but it's simply awful. I have given this location in Provo many chances, but every... time I end up disappointed. Every time I have ordered from here they have forgotten the BBQ sauce. EVERY TIME! Also, the qualityof the meat has been questionable. This last time I ordered the turkey. The turkey was almost completely inedible. It's a shamethat this location isn't as good as the rest. I really like the food at the other locations. Seriously. 3rd visit, I swear, this company does not sell meat. Cheapest place I've ever been to. What kind of place gives you... 70% wads of fat in a 13 dollar smoked MEAT sandwich? 3 times out of 3 this place. Only ever coming back for your sauce, youcould care less about the food you serve. 10/10. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. They get it all! Tonight was my first time at R&R and it definitely won't be my last! I was... highly impressed with everything! The chicken nuggets/Mac & cheese kids meal was delicious and perfect for my kids. My husbandgot a burger and fries. He loved it. The fries were some of the best I've had! I got the BBQ nachos. They were INCREDIBLE!!Highly recommend. As for their customer service...perfect. The cashier was so kind helping us know what to order for our firsttime. My nachos were taking a long time to come out-- like my family was mostly done eating. They had told me the queso had runout so they had to make more and it was taking longer than expected. I get it. It was a busy night. When they brought my foodout, he told me they refunded ALL of our food AND handed me a gift card!! What!? Who does that!? I was so surprised. We willmost definitely be back!
