We went for lunch today and it was really good. I got the monster burger but swapped out the bun with lettuce wrap and MAN it... was REALLY GOOD. I got a Caesar salad for my side and it was good. I did initially underestimate the menu for keto but you canactually swap the bun on any burger which was nice. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful but also friendly. Foodquality was good also so that?s an added plus. Overall a solid place to get lunch and I do recommend it to anyone especially onketo. Read more

Our server, Luis was really nice. He tried to remember everyone's orders. He needs to write it down. But he only got 2 things... wrong. Not tragic. The onion tower is not big enough for 7 people to share. But, it sure was good. Love the dipping sauce forthem. The rest of our meals where very good. Shout out to Chloe? We were a party of 11 and she didn't miss a beat. We even had a spilled drink and she was right there to... help us clean it up and get a refill. The bottomless fries came out hot with plenty of fry sauce to go with them. My daughterand I split a smokehouse burger with an impossible patty. Chloe brought the order out on two plates with the extra meat toppingson the side. The jalapenos were zesty. The California wrap is no longer on the menu, but it was also a favorite of the table.Avocados, turkey, cheese, onions, tomato... Rolled up in a spinach wrap. Secret menu meets yum. I freaking love Red Robin. It is my favorite restaurant. My husband decided to take me on my birthday a few weeks ago. The lady... said it would be an hour and a half wait. When we normally have gone, no matter what time they say, it takes no more than 30minutes. We saw everyone go ahead of us and we still waited. There was a couple before that never got a text and were told theywould have to re-enter the line and that it happens a lot. We waited an hour and a half and still nothing. At that point, wedidn't want to ruin the night, so we went to another place. The whole restaurant was empty and there were four workers in thefront ignoring people and not doing anything. I had to try to get their attention a few times so that they could put us in line.We went back a week later and the wait time was better, but the food quality was not how it normally is. I always thought Provowas one of the best locations of Red Robin. Looks like I will have to drive north to get better service. Had a very positive experience at this red robin location. We asked for a table for 13 on Saturday at 5.00 P.M. we only had to... wait 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was young but very attentive to our needs. With such a large table we had lots oforders and requests. Our waitress went above and beyond for us. She managed to take all our orders and drinks with no mistakes.She refilled our waters and sodas/lemonade as soon as we got low. She was kept very busy but managed so well. The food wasamazing and the wait time was only about 20 minutes after we ordered. The waitress then split all our bills without anycomplaints or issues. 10/10 for our server. She made the visit the best experience we could have had on a Saturday night. Read more
