Came through the drive through on a Friday afternoon. There were no customers inside and we were the only car. When we got to... the window for our drinks and after we paid, the girl opened the window and basically tossed me the cups as fast as she could,and before I could say a word, she closed the window and went back to chatting with the other worker. She didn?t give us strawsor give us a chance us to even ask. How does a drink place not give you straws in the drive through? It was very annoying,because they weren?t busy at all they just wanted to get back to their chatting. My wife had to go inside the store to ask forstraws and the two girls both acted so put out about it like we had some nerve asking for straws? Seriously this place needs totrain staff on better customer service. I won?t come to this location again. Read more
The lady that took our order was super nice and great to talk to. The drinks were also really good. I'm a little disappointed... that they charge extra for frosting on their cookies, though. I didn't find that out until after I had already left becauseusually when you order a cookie, you just expect the frosting to be on it (unless it's a cookie that doesn't usually havefrosting). I just came through and the manager took my order ( she was wearing a manager tag). She repeated to me my drink order. And one... of the drinks was supposed to have half & half and I was charged for it but the drink had no cream. Disappointing since she saidit had cream and it didn?t have it. I normally wouldn?t mind if this was my drink but I was surprising someone with this drinkand we were both disappointed! Please double check the drinks before handing them back. Read more
I'm trying to think of a reason, to not give them five stars. And I can't think of any. I was greeted friendly when I walked... in, and they were patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. The prices were a bit lower than I was expecting,compared to some of their competition. (Although the cookies are still overpriced. Haha.) I ordered a southern gentleman, and itwas quite enjoyable. We only have Swig and Fizz in Draper. Sodalicious almost blew my mind. They have so many drink options I didn?t know what to... choose. The girl who helped us was so friendly and so helpful I ended up making my own drink and she gave me some greatsuggestions and it turned out so good. The monster cookie I ordered was so good!! Hands down one of the best cookies I have everhad!! Seriously beat out crumble. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They have couches and tables and chairs. I will go back hereeven though it is far away from my home. They have a drive thru if you need your drink to go. I want to take my girls here. Read more
I understand it's just a soda shop but the customer service is lacking. The girl at the window did not greet me and I had to... tell her my order without her asking because she was too busy chatting and laughing with coworkers. When I finally got my drinkthe cup was sticky, the drink was watered down and the ice was melted, like they gave me an old drink that was sitting around.On top of that, the flavor wasn't the right one.
