Staff are so kind, the food is really fast and delicious! The selling point isn?t just the smiles that will meet you before you... get to the counter, but also the very clean and accessible facilities. The staff is polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean. But I ordered two gravy with my order only to get home and find... two containers when mixed together filled one container half full. Is there a shortage on gravy? For what they charge for gravyI expect it to be full. I guess it's a good thing Dairy Queen is just up the road. Read more
Service was friendly & good. The advertised all day breakfast only includes fast food on a bun, not the complete breakfast meal... we wanted. This is the fourth A&W we have been to in the past month that does not have the fruit smoothies although it wasincluded in the coupon book that we received in the mail. I was just passing through provost on a service call, and Chris took my dine in order - I was honestly blown away with how... joyful and uplifting the interaction was, he was just extremely pleasant to deal with. Well I had a double teen combo with poutine, I ate it but wasn't impressed. The poutine was cold the burger was so greasy the... bun was soggy. I've had good meals at A&W but not at the one in provost AB. Now I'm home and in the bathroom cause of thismeal Read more
Just your regular old A&W nothing to write home about but it delivers on what you order. I would recommend aside from price... point depending on what you order. But that's across the entirety of the chain. Read more
