This is the second time in one month they don't cooking the pizzas all the way I had to put it in the oven for 10 minutes more... the sauce wasn't even warm . On top of it they didn't even have any parmesan cheese or peppers. This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Would recommend it to anyone. Management is rude. Read more
I want to say that I appreciate the accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness of this round table location. When I arrived to pick... up my carryout order the gentleman that checked me out, I'm assuming he was the manager, was very friendly and attentive to theindividual orders. I didn't feel like just a number in a trail line of orders for a Saturday night. In addition to that, myorder was ready 10 minutes early, hot and fresh. It's not just this order, but every order I have had with them since moving tothis area has always been hot and fresh. I have ordered from the other local delivery place in this area, Mountain Mike's. I'vehad their Pizza in the past but I have to say that the Mountain Mike's in this area definitely does not compare to the RoundTable here. I will choose Round Table over Mountain Mike's in Prunedale any day. I appreciate the effort and attention that thisspecific Round Table takes. This is a great place for pizza and chicken wings they are always on top of everything I highly recommend this place.
Very good customer service. I flubbed my online order and called to correct after it made it into the oven. They remade my... pizza so as to not disappoint the kids and still had it faster then the app said it would be there. Also the delivery driverwas able to identity each pizza by sniffing through a mask 2 feet above the sealed with stickers box. Which is a prettyimpressive skill. This is also the only delivered pizza you can get out here ,so pretty much an extra star just for being ableto get a hot pizza. Not even terrible Domino's in these parts. The new owners promised this Round Table would be greatly improved, they have failed. I ordered online and was charged but never... received my pizza. When I called I got the run around by kids who could care less. Now I have to go through the dispute processwith my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ROUND TABLE. Read more
Great customer service from the gentleman that took my phone order. Not so much from the woman that rang up my order when I went... to pick it up. She looked bored and disinterested in what she was doing. She did not respond to common courtesy nor did shereturn it. I won't be back. Read more
Charbroiled lemon chicken pizza was good. We also like the gourmet veggie and classic pepperoni. Service is good.
Good chain-type pizza. Convenient online ordering. Take out orders always done one-time. Friendly workers.
