The hours say 8am every day. More times than not I have showed up at 8am or even 10 minutes after and no one answers the... drive-thru intercom so I have to pull up to the window and wait to get someone's attention to order. Today, 8:05am, myself and 3other cars were waiting in the drive-thru and no one ever answered the intercom or window so we all left. I work 12 hour nightsand this and McDonalds are the closest quick thing to my house so that's why I have continued to put up with the untimely mannerof when they actually open. Waiting 15 minutes for them to open at 8am and then waiting 5 minutes to find out no one taking ourorders was the last of my patients so McDonalds it is from now on! ????????????? Read more

Don't come here. Manager brings her kid and is calling mom being disruptive. Her daughter is rude with the employees. They must... be tired of her too. She demands them food and tells them mom is gonna write them up. Read more

Horrible food. It was cold and the burrito was the size of a taco. The Mexican pizza hardly had nothing in it. Someone needs to... show these employees to make items right!! Not only that to here customers and employees talking and cussing!! Talking aboutother employees and complaining about them in front of customers is so wrong!!! Last time I'll ever come here. We are locals and occasionally find our selves in need of a warm meal in the evening. I genuinely wish that I could give this... location a good review. But they fail more often then they succeed. First, this parking lot is challenging enough as it is. Thatis not the fault of this restaurant. But, the front parking slots are nearly always taken by employees. (or perhaps employees ofthe Starbucks next door). The most convenient parking spaces should always be reserved for the paying customers. Second, theowner of this franchise is a nutty little tyrant. I have personally witnessed him berate his employees and ME the customer whenthe order was made incorrectly. He darn near came close to accusing us of trying to cheat him. It was so shocking and egregiousthat I even had to report this incident to corporate. 3rd: Without fail, at least 50% of our orders have some item that isincorrect. There is little to no apology, let alone compensation for the screw up. Like everything in the last 2.5 years theprices have rocketed. Sadly, the service has taken a dive. For a place that advertises $15-18/hr to START working there, thecustomer deserves much better service. Read more

This has been by far my worst experience at Taco Bell! We get there no one is at the front counter, so, we order on the portal... thing. 30 mins later and no one on drive-thru 2 people in the lobby that got there after us, we got our order and it was wrong.I ordered nacho fries, 3 taco combo n a drink, also 5-layer combo and drink. We never got our drinks or the nacho fries, theyjust left the order on the counter and did not call it out so I don?t know how long the order had been sitting there. I tellthem we are missing the nacho fries, one lady looks at the tray and walks away, tells a guy about it. A girl who is takingorders on drive-thru comes and asks to take my order, I said we already order and I wasn?t even finished when she said ?ah okayand started to walk away.? I said hey I?m trying to tell you something, she points at me and says ?wait give me a minute,? Isaid excu, and she cut me off again saying ?give me a minute, while she pointed at me. Then she had the audacity to go to hercoworkers and tell them that I was being rude, all of this in Spanish. Little did she know that I am Mexican and I understoodevery word! Never again will I go to this Taco. Bell on Vierra Canyon Rd. Prunedale. And these nasty looking fries were thrownin a small bag and all sideways that?s why they look so nasty! Read more

2 months ago we were shorted food, rather than make it right the manager on duty questioned our integrity then made us wait 25... minutes to remake what was shorted (no one else was there getting food). I submitted a complaint to TB and they sent me 2 $5coupons. We revisited tonight and the second we pulled out a coupon they shook their heads that they don?t accept them here. Itold the manager ?esme? how we got them then she said?we were just really busy so we couldn?t take it. This location is a joke.I could care less about the $5 but the principal of the matter is they have horrible customer service. We won?t be back! Read more

I don?t know how it?s possible to get every single item in an order wrong but man was I wrong. Ordered: Nacho bell grande 2... spicy potato tacos Chipotle crispy chicken taco Side of rice 2 cinnamon twists Medium drink 2 beefy melt burritos I got: Nachobell grande Side of rice WITH beans 2 spicy potato tacos with 5 potatoes on each 2 beefy melts that looked like they had beenthrown across the room No cinnamon twists No drink All the tables in the lobby were filthy. There is a swastika on the bathroomceiling and the sink was covered in something black. But hey at least they were having a good time listening to music in thekitchen ??????????? Read more

This location is clean and the employees are pleasant and efficient. My food was prepared quickly and tasted just like it... should. I will visit this Taco Bell again whenever I am in the area. It is conveniently located near the freeway, which madefinding the location easy. Read more
