Ate inside this location for the first time the other day. The Restaurant was nice and modern looking inside. The restrooms were... clean. The food was good. Went there around 6:30 on a Sunday evening. Wasn't very busy. Place looks nice on the inside. It was clean. The bathroom was... clean as well. The men's is a one seater. Just FYI. I am not sure about the women's. Staff was very friendly and promptly tookmy order. I had the new BBQ Rib sandwich. It was good. I was more of a fan of the BBQ sauce than the ribs. It tasted about asgood as what you'd expect a fast food place to have. Not bad at all. The roast beef is where it's at though. Always great! Ialso got an order of curly fries with a cup of cheese. The fries were not very good this time. Neither was the cheese. Theyusually are pretty good. I feel like I got the ones that were made this morning or something. Also, to be transparent, my orderwas to go and its about a 10-15 minute drive home. It kind of tastes like it was time to change the oil maybe. The cheese justdidnt taste as cheesey as i remember. For lack of a better term, it tasted kind of watered down. That's the only reason. Ididn't give them 5 stars. Otherwise everything was great! Staff made sure I had the sauces I needed and I left. Would go backfor sure. My order: ×3 1/2 lb roast beef, ×1 rib sandwich, x1 large curly fries and a cup of cheese. Total was 31 bucks andsome change. Used the QR code on the app and got $5 off. Ordered over 30 dollars in food. I was told to pull forward for fresh fries hey no problem I'll wait for fresh product. I get... home to old fries under semi fresh ones and chicken patties that looked like they were re dipped in grease. Customer Service isjust horrible. Went back for a remake and worker seemed like she was bothered to remake and let me just tell you they had no onein drive thru nor inside. I work fast food have been for over 15 years and yes I've had some angry customers before but nevertreated them like I was that day mind you I was nice about it I wasn't rude nor talked to her in a ugly manner. Food is ok but the wait time to get order is ridiculous. They just focus on drive thru orders. I waited 15 minutes before I got... my order. I watch people come in and walk out because they aren't getting service. Read more
It has gone downhill, it used to be 5 stars. You sent a link that cannot be copied or hyperlinked. So, I will edit this review... instead Coke was bad, so was the Dr. Pepper and Sweet Tea. The Sandwiches were a mess, and appeared to be microwaved. The orderwas thrown into the bag where the fries (2 orders) were spilled and had to be extracted from the bottom of the bag, we dined in.The employees were more concerned with visiting with each other and looking at 100 dollar bills out of the registers. The trashneeded emptied, the tables and floors cleaned and the bad mix on the soda fountain addressed. We drive past other Arby's to goto the Pryor location because we have been very satisfied with this location. Now, it is just any other poorly managed fast foodjoint. Read more
Very disappointed. Waited in line at drive thru for 29 mins. Asked for crinkle fries. 3 medium crinkle fries 1 curly fry. Told... them we asked for all 4 to be crinkle fries. Then asked to get a crinkle fry and they wanted us to pull up. Cause the didn'thave enough. Been in line for 20 mins. No we are not going to pull up. 4 meals 45 dollars ridiculous. ZERO stars .... I'm from OKC and I worked at Arby's for a year. They always got onto us for rushing customers and asking... "anything else? Anything else? Anything else?" The lady taking orders today at exactly 12:11 p.m. did just that. She had ahateful attitude, wouldn't let us finish our order before asking "anything else?" Yes, I have five people in the car. Now justwait and listen, geez!!! She was rushing so bad, she even forgot my daughter's orange juice. If you hate the fact you're gettinga maximum of 9.50 an hour and you have to be there to DO YOUR JOB, then either get a new one or get out of this small town. Sheobviously lacked all social skills required to work a SERVING job. Either serve or go home. Why be hateful to people just tryingto feed themselves and their kids? Stuff like that is what causes so much violence. Trashy service and cold food. What a shame... Read more
