Worst Carl's Jr I've ever seen heard of or smelt. Huge hole in kitchen floor visible from lobby and to top it the employees... hired there mostly resemble homeless people from a shelter, the way they talk, work and treat costumers is down right pathetic.Interesting the place is open today. Was fast easy service and I can order biscuits and gravy after 10:00 Will go back again!
We got the entire wrong order. Had to drive back. Then we still didn't get meat on any of of breakfast sandwiches like we had... ordered. They would only refund through cash after we proved that the sandwiches didn't have meet. Terrible customer service theright thing for the manager to do is give a refund. A full refund. Read more
They're doing famous Fridays again! Go on a Friday between 5-8 pm I think, and get a famous star with cheese for only $2! I know... one of these fills me up. it's probably pretty equivalent to a Whopper from burger king. I asked and they said their was nolimit on how many! Read more

Sorry but coming here for several years.. not sure why but their customer service has been pretty sad lately. Food has been bad... to be honest. I understand customers can be rude and mean but you shouldn't take it out on the next customer. Read more
Meal was incorrect and cold after waiting over 20 minutes in drive-thru. With that type of wait we expected fresh food. Double... western bacon cheeseburger?s onion ring was rubbery, I don?t even know how you make it rubbery, but they excelled at that. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at Carl's Jr. The lady at the drive thru window was unpleasant to say the least... and she was so worried about her window that she was stealing food meant for people in the lobby. So much so I ended up waitingalmost 20 minutes for one burger because twice she took my burger and gave it to people in the drive thru. Then when i got myburger it was disgusting I ended up throwing it out the window and going hungry for lunch. This completely ruined my experiencewith Carl's Jr. Read more
