We've started ordering ahead, so we can just grab and go. This place is usually very busy during lunch and reeeeeaaaaaallllyyyy... busy at dinner time. It was close to 8 pm, one of the times we ordered. He got the chicken sandwich and I got the fill up bowl.The little chicken on top, was very hard, dry, and crunchy! My wife and I love KFC. I will never be going back to this store. The employee's that were working at the time I was there were... far from being capable of running it. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes without even a hello or I'll be right with you. Iwaited 15 minutes after ordering for to the car and noticed that the order wasn't correct. Went back in took another 10 minutesfor someone to acknowledge I was there. I gave the lady who finally came to the counter the food that was incorrect and Iwatched her put it back with all the other food. What a horrible practice for a fast food chain. KFC corporate should definitelylook into the employee's and the store and do some house cleaning.
