This store Always ends up getting my order wrong. No gravy on the mashed potatoes shouldn't be hard if anything it should be... easier to not put the gravy on. The location of this store is terrible. Its always hard to get in and out of the parking lotdue to traffic at the intersection. Read more
We've started ordering ahead, so we can just grab and go. This place is usually very busy during lunch and reeeeeaaaaaallllyyyy... busy at dinner time. It was close to 8 pm, one of the times we ordered. He got the chicken sandwich and I got the fill up bowl.The little chicken on top, was very hard, dry, and crunchy! My wife and I love KFC. I will never be going back to this store. The employee's that were working at the time I was there were... far from being capable of running it. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes without even a hello or I'll be right with you. Iwaited 15 minutes after ordering for to the car and noticed that the order wasn't correct. Went back in took another 10 minutesfor someone to acknowledge I was there. I gave the lady who finally came to the counter the food that was incorrect and Iwatched her put it back with all the other food. What a horrible practice for a fast food chain. KFC corporate should definitelylook into the employee's and the store and do some house cleaning. Very disturbing to watch and made me wonder how many timesthe food I ordered was brought back in and put back with the rest of the food. Makes me ???????? just thinking about it. Read more
First they charged us for the wrong meal, next they forgot our biscuits, next we had to ask for plates; when I did he said they... did not have any plate and handed me a tray. A nice lady in line saw that there were plates. Next they were out of napkins, so Iwent to the bathroom and got some paper towels. Finally when wee got into our bucket we find that they shorted us some pieces.The only reason this is getting a 3star is that they were able to correct all but one issue. Read more
This place is an absolute nightmare. I moved here 3 summers ago and I'm buying for a family of 4. Never once have I ever... received my food without waiting at least 8 minutes, never received a correct order the first time, never received food from apolite person with a smile, and by the time I get back to the house, it's all cold, every time. I always just tell myself, theyare having a bad day, or I wouldn't smile for minimum wage either. I microwave the food and go back because it's kfc, right!But, yesterday was my final straw. I pull up to the window at 11:30, there are a few cars. I order a 12 piece chicken tendermeal, with 2 sides and extra biscuits. The young woman on the intercom starts getting rude and arguing with me that the tendermeal comes with 3 sides and I NEED to pick another one. Literally all I said was it only comes with 2 and she was so rude Ishould have drove off then. I couldn't believe she was acting this way! I got to the window and she is a child so I excuse thebehavior. She then barks at me they have no biscuits and I will have to wait 10 minutes. By now, I have no patience because Ihave been verbally abused by this teenager and asked for the money back for the extra biscuits. Then an old woman that I assumedwas the owner, because no human being in the service industry trying to make a living would SCREAM at another human being likethat over a few dollars. I guess they have so much business from the highway it doesn't matter how they treat locals. Whichsucks, because KFC has been one of my favorite fast food places since a child. I hate being run out. Had the worst experience with the cashier / one of you manager, I asked for a two-piece chicken box with the sides and an ice... water I had been drinking pop all day and just wanted somewhere they made me pay for a Pepsi what they charged me for and Ithink it's wrong if you don't want soda and you only want water you should not have to pay for it I won't be back and thepotatoes taste like they poured them out of the box and dump some water on them didn't care to try anything else the extraoriginal batter was too crispy and I just won't be back.
