Best pizza place in town! Order online or by phone and pickup at the walk up windolw or go inside there's NO drive thru.
Service was great!! Food could have been better overall a good meal.

The pizza is good, but anytime we have eaten here the wait is insane, customer service is weak, and when we have ordered online,... giving 2 hours notice, it still took 40 minutes from scheduled pick up to be ready. We get there and I don?t believe they evenstarted making the pizza till I walked up to pick it up. What was meant to be an in and out experience, turned into a 40 minutewait in their lobby. Ordering 2 hours before pick up should have been plenty of time to get one large pizza, a calzone,raviolis, and cinnamon sticks made. They should have offered us free drinks while we sit and wait forever for them to make ourpizzas for the inconvenience. But don?t worry, to make up for us waiting 40 mins for my food, they were so kind to throw in 2small servings of icing to go with the cinnamon sticks for our long wait. Read more
Place is dirty. Employees are rude. Pizza bar was empty. Salad bar was empty. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. It... smells like a sewer just walking up to the doors. Employees eating in the kitchen in view of customers. Nothing was timed anddated for anything. Read more
I called 2/24/2022 at 18:45 to order a pizza for delivery. The lady that answered the phone was totally rude when she answered... the phone. She was also arguing with some one else there while she was talking to me. I finally just told her to forget theorder that I would order from somewhere else. Then she said go ahead and do that. This Mazzios needs to clean house on their staff. Its deplorable!! I have been trying to buy pepperolies for a week and they are... always out (at 5:30 or 6 in the evening). We came in at 6 and there were 2 other couples in there eating so they weren't busy.It took us forever to find a clean table and when the girl working there did finally come out and clean up I watched her wipeoff 7 tables with the same rag and no cleaning solution!! Disgusting!! I have worked in restaurants and this is not acceptable.This should have been a clue when we pulled up to the restaurant the door to the kitchen was open to the outside and they wereall standing around talking. The bathrooms were horrible as well. There was a bunch of hair in the sink of the ladies room andit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The mens bathroom had no SOAP AND THE COOKS WERE MEN. When we tried to placeour order for the pepperolies and found out they were out again she never offered to tell us what the specials were to help usout. She was just a warm body standing behind the counter. My husband ordered a salad and everything was low or out, thecrackers were smashed and unusable. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni and it looked like a flatbread pizza, didnt know they hadthat. The cheese dippers were too brown and not tasty. As we were leaving another couple came in and looked at the buffet andsalad bar and left. Wish we wouldn't have wasted our money! This is too bad because we love Mazzios but we wont be back to thisone (and it's in our town)until they get better management. Read more
I work in Chelsea and have to eat Mazzios buffet pizza 3-4 days a week and its pretty good. Tried to order some decent pizza... here in Pryor....No such thing. Im glad I use a flip phone because this pizza would probably break my camera. BLEH Read more
