I travel through town for work and stop here when I don't have my lunch from home. I think this may be the best McDonald's I've... ever been to. Always efficient, friendly, accurate, and they never forget my sauce! I've seen a bunch of negative reviews aboutquality, but my burgers are always fresh and made to order. Quick, friendly service. Its almost just about everytime we decide to stop by this McDonald's, I tend to find my self questioning why we keep trying to... enjoy it?... ???? Instead of going through the drive-thru like usual due to a very backed up line, we had decided to go insideand order to-go. No big deal, but you would think that customers who decide to go indoors would be taken care of moreefficiently. I notice everytime I go inside this establishment, not a single employee cares to serve the lobby customers. It'snever really busy when I go indoors to order but somehow it takes a good minute for an employee to come take an order fromcustomers (if they don't use the kiosk) & takes even longer to actually receive what they had ordered. We ordered something assimple as: 2 frappe's, 1 large French Fry, & 1 cookie. We were stuck inside waiting for over 35 mins! The "LOBBY employee" whois supposed to care for the customers "IN THE LOBBY" was more focused on getting the drive thru orders out. To-go orders areliterally supposed to be that you order- get your food quickly like the drive thru- & then go. "To-GO" *Keep in mind that theyweren't understaffed if they was I wouldn't have took the time to write this review.*???? ??? Finally our order number wascalled! I decided to go start the car while my hubby went to retrieve our order. ? They forgot about our drinks completely ????it took almost an hour for 1 ???? and 1 ????. My hubby stood at the counter in the lobby a few more minutes until an employeefinally decided to rudely ask "if he needed something", he replied: "yeah the rest of my order please." We wasn't rude ortrying to rush anyone. We have worked in the fast food industry just as well, so we understand that they were busy with drivethru orders that's why we respectfully waited, to be treated so poorly. Ordered sweet teas and received Unsweet tea and physically watched the lady chewing gum through the window put unsweet tea in... our cups because the sweet tea was gone, Ordered a kids meal for my son and didn?t receive the apple slices and got rock hardfries for my two year old. Came in 11ish on a Sunday morning. Restaurant was unclean and fountain area barely had lids or napkins. Searched whole location... and found one clean table. Over half the tables were empty. Place was steady but I wouldn?t say busy, especially for a Sunday.Food was meh at best. Spouse?s bacon was overdone, did not receive sweet and sour sauce even though it was printed on theticket. Even though we planned to eat in, our food was bagged for to go. Figured this was normal until noticed no one else?swas. Worst part of whole experience was how unclean it was. Smashed ketchup packets at the front door and trash being taken outthrough the front certainly didn?t help. Read more
