Ordered a couple sandwiches on the App and got great quality out of it. I ordered a number 1, The Philly and a number 6, The... Monster. Both were great, made as ordered down to the ?Less? option for the sauces. I only ordered take out and grabbed my foodand left, but my initial arrival was great. If I could give this places a 0 star I would I went there on 9-2-22 and the older lady was in there and she was the rudest ... person ever I asked her for one more line of ranch on my sandwich and she emptied the entire bottle on the sandwich to thePoint where I had to throw it away then I went back and was told the manager would call me so I could put in a complaint andI have still not received a call back I will now drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the other subway when I want subway. Lady got made my sandwich wrong and rung it up on the register as the wrong sandwich. Was rude for no reason, and clearly... doesn?t care about customer requests. Couldn?t even dine in because this lady made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Read more
So tired of this location getting online orders wrong!!! What's the point of having the app or ordering online, if your order is... consistently incorrect?!! That's NOT convenient! In fact, it's become infuriating!! There's a reason I place my order this way;because I'm hurting too bad to cook, let alone stand in a line to have our sandwiches made!!!! The last few times, it was onething or another, just minor issues, such as forgetting to toast the bread. But this time... OMG this time: we had to change ourregular orders because they were out of the meats (no biggie, that's understandable, due to supply issues.) He ordered a roastedturkey 6", with all his fixings, then I placed my order. After getting home from picking up the order, it was noticed, the roastturkey was tuna salad instead!! I took the sandwich back, and by then, it was nearing 9pm (his bedtime) and he'd decided to eatsomething here and go to bed. I asked for a refund, and was told I couldn't be given one, without speaking to the owner.???? Ididn't want to speak to the owner, because I always get the same response, after doing a review or survey: "We're sorry wedidn't meet your expectations, I'll make sure my team tries harder, blah blah blah." Then I was asked if I wanted the correctsandwich after all. Reeeeeaaaaaallllyyyy?!! "Well, I guess I'll take it since I can't get arefund."????????????????????????????????????????? I was asked again if I wanted to talk to the owner, and again, I declined,while waiting on the sandwich to be made. I said, "It's fine, I won't be back in this store. I'll drive further, just to makesure my order is done properly, thank you and have a good night." I'm still trying to figure out how roasted turkey was confusedwith tuna salad, too!???????????? My sandwich was delicious and my server was very friendly. Probably one of the most efficient subways I've been to.
Food was ok, service was not. The employees acted as if we were an inconvinece and were more interested in gossiping between... themselves then serving customers. Sandwiches were kind of poorly constructed but overall quality was alright. Staff could usesome training to meet Subway's usual standards. Read more
Solid experience from my two trips there so far. I don?t get too crazy with my food, I order a steak and cheese and soup if they... have Chicken Noodle as an option. Both times they?ve been nice to me and gave me excellent service regardless of some of myweird requests for toasting my sandwich. Read more
