Poor quality food and service. The restaurant wasn?t busy and it took forever to be treated by our server( 15 minutes). We... should of taken out service elsewhere. McDonald?s has better food. My steak was over cooked and very stringy. The steamedveggies weren?t even steamed. My daughters pasta had no sauce and we didn?t get any Alfredo until we were fed up and ready topay and leave. 100% do NOT RECOMMEND. Plenty of other worth while restaurants. Read more
It was just my daughter and I eating today, not busy when we went. Took our waitress Dedra about 15 minutes to acknowledge us... and get the drink order, water and a kids lemonade. She delivers the water in a very obviously dirty glass and didn?t even givemy daughter a straw for her kids cup, no silverware, hurries and takes our order, then never saw her again. Needless to say, notip and IF we do go back, we will make sure to request a different waitress. Read more
Ordering was easy and service was great. Food was kinda questionable. Ordered the fish and chips. Fries were good. The fish not... so much. It was kinda rubbery and very greasy. To get rubbery and greasy food doesn't say much for the price either. In thiscase, we definitely didn't get our money's worth. Read more
The food was soso, the waitress messed up the order and got snotty with our table when we pointed it out. The manager compted... that one meal and charged us again for the meal that was compted. Just make sure to watch your bill make sure that they didn'ttry to add stuff you didn't order Read more
Walked in with my girlfriend just yesterday, all the female employees saw us waiting around for the hostess, we stood there for... a good 7 mins till I walked up to the bar and asked if we seat ourselves. The bar tender than said she would find the hostess,when two of her buddies walked over to the bar she hugged them and completely forgot, so we left. Horrible service from thestart. Read more
It took an hour plus to get our food out. The waitress was rude enough my mom who usually orders mixed drinks that she ordered... water. I asked for medium rare and they served me this. My mom got this sandwich thing and asked for a side of ranch and theyliterally threw it on the plate and covered most of the sandwich in ranch. No pride or anything. I asked about the about theappetizer sign since she didn?t offer the drink and she said ?oh no we don?t actually do that.? Then gave the table in front ofus great service. Waitress name Olivia. Recommend this restaurant because the food is good, staff are always friendly and it is always clean. Calm during most daytime... hours and steady pace in the evenings. Never crazy busy though in my opinion. Read more
