Big improvement over our last visit. Service was exceptional. Food was ok. Jalapeno poppers were really good. Strawberry Cream... pie was delicious. Chicken tenders were a bit overcooked and had been sitting around too long. Wife and daughters chickensliders were bland. They didn't come with mayo, Arby Sauce or anything other than chicken, cheese and a bun. They said they wereway too dry. Both of them each ended up trashing the second sandwich. Tip: Ask them to make your tenders fresh, your fries freshand your sliders with your choice of condiments. That should smooth out the wrinkles a bit. Read more
Went through drive and she was vary rude my lady was just asking a ? And all we got was smart a#$ comments. Than at window she... tossed out change back and slammed the window. Won't be back there and I love Arby's. Read more
Ordered your new fish meal and it was like eating a kids meal. Fish pieces were small. I should have eaten at capt d's. The... cashier attention was more on the guys working there than the customer. Read more
I only put one star because I needed to leave the review. Was the worst experience ever. Don't go there rude manager. Poor... customer service. They messed up my order. Then we ordered a meal they for one didn't charge right then they left the sandwichoff. They screwed up one of my wraps. Then instead of fixing it they wanted to recharge me. I was upset so she told me to leave.I'm from out of town trying to spend time with my family. She ruined tome with my family! The manager was a blonde managerdon't know her name but she dies not know how to satisfy the customer at all for the mess ups and the stress it caused me. Willnever go there again was the worst. It resulted in me asking for a refund for my items. If I wasn't feeding my children I wouldhave asked for a full refund. Don't go there. It's the worst! Read more
Kristen Adams and Kaylynn are my favorite managers. Always get what I want with a little extra. And Arby's bout the only place... with fresh fries. Hands down one of my favorite spots to eat in Pueblo. Read more

This is the second time I have been extremely disappointed with my order. This time I ordered thru door dash. I only got one... drink ordered 2 combos. Sauce from the wings all over everything. Asked for no sauce on my sandwich and its covered in sauce.The bread is soggy. For a company that boasts they have the meats both sandwiches had barely any meat. Mozzarella sticks tastedold. Guess I will just have to stop ordering from here. Its a shame one of my favorite places and definitely not worth what Ipaid. Delivered super quick yet still food was cold. Read more
Went through the drive thru, staff was extremely rude and obviously didn't care about customer service or doing their jobs. They... messed up the order and when I went back to get it fixed, they told me "They couldn't fix my order because I left with thefood." I've never heard of this anywhere but according to the employee at the window. "I just don't know what I'm talking aboutbecause I'm not from here. I've eaten at this restaurant with my family every year around Thanksgiving and have never had anyissues. I will never eat here again because of this store's staff and I suggest unless you want to have a completely messed uporder and be told you have no intelligence, I would not eat here. Read more
