Pizza and calzone were cooked perfectly and you have to try their ranch dressing!! They are located in a little stripmall, so don?t be deterred. Ordered through the app last night. There was an issue where we were unable to select black olives as a pizza topping. We had to... select green olives instead. We called and spoke to the manager on duty and she assured us that she would make sure the correcttoppings were on the pizza. After an hour and a half, the pizza had not arrived and we called back to inquire about it. Themanager informed us then that she didn't have an order listed for us despite us having email conformation and having spoken toher directly earlier in the evening. Apparently at some point the order had been changed to be a carryout order rather thandelivery. An honest, easily fixable mistake, but the manager was very unhelpful in even locating the order in the first place.Things go from bad to worse here. At this point because the delivery charge was now added and we were ordering pizza for ourkids at home and had not left them enough cash, we paid over the phone with the card. The delivery driver arrived a short timeafter that and, without informing my 16 year old nephew that the order had been paid for, nor did he have him sign anything,accepted the entire $60 that was originally intended to cover the order in cash. So at this point, we had paid with the card,and my nephew paid again in cash. In total, the driver walked away with $50 extra as my nephew asked for $10 back so the drivercould have a $10 tip. To add insult to injury, the ranch was exploded all over everything and the pizza was covered in greenolives, with a makeshift aluminum foil pouch of black olives on the side. When I called this morning to inform Philip, themanager, of this grievous error as we did not discover what had happened until after the store was closed last night, he askedme to allow him an hour to talk to his delivery driver and to call me back with a resolution. So I love this place and order quite a bit from here but it's only 3 stars because of lack of consistency. I have sent them an... email and never heard back from them. Multiple times I've ordered it's great and others it tastes like it's been sitting out andis cold. I shouldn't have to warm up pizza when it should have been fresh. The quality really is hit or miss but if it's a goodday, it's easily my favorite pizza. Read more

Well, the only good thing about picking up pizza you ordered to pickup at a specific time is you get a nice sunset when you?ve... wired for about an hour. So now that nobody seems to be able to communicate that the guy here to pick up a web order already hashis drink as salad. He?s just waiting off the hot food. But no?I waited an hour after waking out to put my cold food in thetruck and wait for my hot food. I never heard my name called. Never heard it called again, like used to be done. I figuredthere?s were a ton of orders ahead of me. But alas, apparently my food was ready for about an hour. Ya know, probably rightbefore I walked back into the shop. So now, after a beautiful sunset, I?m home I?m with cold pizza, cold cheese bread, soggysalad and hot drinks. Sadly, this is the second time I e tried to order from this place. We order from this location, maybe once or twice a month, and everything comes to the door, HOT, fresh, and tasty?every single... time! Y?all do a great job, and I love that you include paper plates, and napkins, for a truly zero clean-up dinner!
