Unable to use restroom because I wasn't purchasing something inside first even though I was going through the drive-thru but... wanted to wash my hands before I went to drive-thru. Very rude customer service from all employees. Will not be going to thisBurger King ever again. Read more
Food was a good value and thats the only thing nice I can say about the place. What fast food restaurant runs completely out of... napkins and doesn't send someone right across the way to Wally World and buy a bunch to use until the truck gets there. Food wasCOLD!! Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star. My family and I went there this evening... first trying to purchase food thru the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes we left the line and thought maybe we could get ourorder faster inside. There were 2 people in front of us they order fairly quickly. We got up to the register to order and themanager had her personal cell phone next to the register it rang and she walked away to answer it. Based on what we could hearon her side it was a personal call for someone to place an order as she proceeded to yell the order to back staff. She thenstarted doing other things and did not return to the register to take our order. We waited 5 minutes of being ignored before wewalked out and went to the Carl's Jr and received better service and our food within 5 minutes of arriving at the drive thru. We will never return to this location again. It was the 1st time we had been there in over 2 years. Now we remember why wedidn't go there before. Read more
Burger King has some really good bundles.. the kids love there nuggets and there frys. We had a large order and they still got... it right .. very awesome of them to get the order correct... but I do recommend the bundles they save u a couple if bucks andare way worth it.. Read more
Lady at the drive thru window with the green hair is super rude and she said she would elbow some old lady in the face after she... was being sarcastic and rude to that customer in the first place. The lady drove up behind us yelling at her, which I don?tblame her at all! Someone needs better management or to be fired. That?s why you work at Burger King is because you don?t treatpeople nicely and fix that attitude. Can?t relate. Read more
I sat the drive thru line for 45 minutes before I left with 2 cars still in front of me and 3 cars behind me. Fast food... shouldn't take over an hour. Each car sat at the ordering speaker for 15 minutes or more. I don't know what exactly they havegoing on in there, but it's not even close to closing time and there are no customers inside at all. I'm disappointed I wastedmy time here. Read more
