Excellent experience!!! It was super busy but we got our food in under 5 minutes. All fresh and super clean.
Despite my supervisor saying she didn't feel good after coming here a few days prior I still went. While waiting at the window I... saw the staff playing around and shaking her hair because another staff jokingly threw something at her plus it looked crowdedwith staff and unsanitary . I should have said something. The food was unacceptable I took a few bites and had to throw it out.The texture of the spicy grilled chicken was odd compared to the springs location . This was the friendliest, cleanest fast food restaurant I?ve been to here in Pueblo. Even with the steady stream of drive... through customers, we dined in, ordered and received our food in less than 10 minutes. Bathroom was clean and ?touch free?washing station. A friendly employee came and asked if we?d like a refill on our drinks. It was a great experience all in all!! Read more

We went through the drive thru. It was a bit later in the evening. I was a little surprised that the line moved quite a bit... slower than I'd expect having gone to many other locations. I'm not sure if it was the time of day or being understaffed thataccounted for the difference. Everything else about the experience was on par with the quality we get from this chain normally.
