Excellent experience!!! It was super busy but we got our food in under 5 minutes. All fresh and super clean.
Despite my supervisor saying she didn't feel good after coming here a few days prior I still went. While waiting at the window I... saw the staff playing around and shaking her hair because another staff jokingly threw something at her plus it looked crowdedwith staff and unsanitary . I should have said something. The food was unacceptable I took a few bites and had to throw it out.The texture of the spicy grilled chicken was odd compared to the springs location . Fries was hard an brown. Sure enough thatnight I was sick. This "Pueblo" location has gone down hill. I am actually concerned. I will be calling them today to let themknow. Read more
This was the friendliest, cleanest fast food restaurant I?ve been to here in Pueblo. Even with the steady stream of drive... through customers, we dined in, ordered and received our food in less than 10 minutes. Bathroom was clean and ?touch free?washing station. A friendly employee came and asked if we?d like a refill on our drinks. It was a great experience all in all!! Read more
Great customer service I came their with my volleyball team which is over 20 kids and the place already had a lot of costumers... but despite that they were fast and very helpful. The food is amazing especially the chick fil a sauce Read more

One of the few fast food restaurants in town where I can genuinely say I have never had a bad experience. Their chicken is... always hot and fresh, along with their fries and made fresh daily lemonade. Read more
I've probly been here 30 times. Most of the times there wasn't any issues and just good food. The reason for 3 stars is one time... they gave me a spicy instead of the original I ordered and then today they gave my curbside order to the car beside me but thatperson was at least smarter then the employee and read the parking spot number on it and gave me my order.... It shouldn't bethe customer's job to fix there mistakes. Read more
We went through the drive thru. It was a bit later in the evening. I was a little surprised that the line moved quite a bit... slower than I'd expect having gone to many other locations. I'm not sure if it was the time of day or being understaffed thataccounted for the difference. Everything else about the experience was on par with the quality we get from this chain normally.
