We had the orange chicken. It was to die for. Delicious sauce, perfectly cooked veggies, tasty rice. Crispy chicken nuggets big... enough for 2 bites. Serving size was huge and was steaming hot when it arrived at the table. Took half home for later. Don't letthe very plain exterior and interior dissuade you if you want a great meal. First here in a few years. I enjoyed it. The egg drop soup was delicious and I have their stuffed peppers which honestly were... just meatloaf imo, but still pretty good. They have a pretty big menu with both Chinese and American dishes. Place was prettyclean and the service was good. Very friendly staff. Read more
China Lantern ranks in the top tier of Chinese restaurants in Pueblo. Best thing is they are open on Sunday so if you crave egg... rolls, beef broccoli and Kung Pao chicken you know where to go.
