We went in and ordered two burrito bowls with carnitas. Started eating and noticed rice was extra salty. Then. About a third of... the way through it, got a mouthful of salt. It was awful. I stopped eating because at that point I was just trying to get ridof salt. Then my partner got a mouthful of salt. Took them back asked for manager. Guy at register did he was one. I asked ifthey taste test their food and his response was why it always tastes the same. Then one of the employees told me that I must beused to the brown rice which has less salt or I wasnt used used to Chipotle because it always has two tablespoons of salt. Itold her I had been reading Chipotle since they opened in Denver and never had an issue with the rice before. She then told me they must not have stirred it and I just got all the salt in my bowl. They did refund my money. But such a big disappointment. Almost 30 dollars and it was totally inedible. Read more
Today the gentleman Leo upfront did an absolutely amazing job hustling through a busy line. Though it was only his first week he... handled the pressure of a busy day greeting customers with a smile and working with team members. Kayla wrapped a nearlyimpossible burrito with ease! This is the 2nd time I've been to this Chipotle & both times it's extremely clear that this store is mismanaged. The line is... long & they have two people filling orders with one on the register. There are two guys in the kitchen & the rest are fillingonline orders or standing around, not helping AT ALL. It's ridiculous. They can see there is a long line but they couldclearly care less. There is no sense of urgency to help their customers. That is not a Covid thing...that's poor training &lack of leadership. If you value your customers, your whole focus should be to deliver good food & good service. This storedoes neither. They are also frequently out of things. Tonight it was the salad dressing, at 6:45pm! If you're out ofsomething, put up a sign to let people know. The whole reason I stopped at Chipotle is because I like that salad dressing. ButI didn't find out that they were out until after my entire order was made & I had waited 15 mins in line. Chipotle used to be acool restaurant but it has gone down hill & now it is just like every other fast food place that serves mediocre food with lessthan mediocre service. Read more
It's a chain, but in my opinion, as chains go, Chipotle is one of the better. We have a lot of food allergies in my household... with soy at the top of the list, and most of Chipotle's menu is safe. My only complaint is the portions are rather large. Read more
Well, you'll almost get what you order. You'll have random pieces of other toppings you didn't order.. there will be plenty of... fat in the meat. Like so much fat that the meat doesn't exist at all. They are also kind enough to line your burrito so you caneat all the toppings separately. Cause who gets taco's and wants their topping stacked. This was my first time ever eating at Chipotle. My fiance loved the ones in Springs and denver he went to so we figured we'd try... this one. Our food was horrible tasting. The rice was very undercooked, the chicken had no flavor, and the lettuce had a verybitter taste, the food was just disgusting. We both ended up eating only about 1/4 our bowl and were sick within an hour ofeating here. We will never go back to this Chipotle again. I hope they can figure out the issue becuase I hear Chipotle ispretty good, but not this one. Read more
My husband's food was great but my chicken burrito bowl was literally diced chicken, that's it!! I did not get my rice, beans,... pico, guac, cheese!! Nothing!! Very disappointed because we don't eat here often, but it's usually so delicious!! Hope they fixwhatever the issue was that caused this. Read more
I would say that out of restaurants Chipotle is one of those that I visit the most. I usually don't leave reviews for each one... as they all meet my expectations. Unfortunately, every time I eat at this chipotle I receive food that is just not up to par ofthe other chipotles throughout the region. I have visited and picked up food ordered through the app and when I opened up myfood to eat it, items were missing. I have visited their store and have received some of the smallest burritos I have eatenfrom chipotle. I understand that the overall cost of things are going up but you can not decrease portions and increase the costof the food. The food is usually dry and/or overcooked and the service is nothing to write home about. I will visit againbecause there isn't another one for 40 miles. Read more
