This dominoes is kind of subpar compared to the rest. I got a free coupon for a pizza through reward points, and I was unable... to use it because I didn't meet a delivery minimum... because my pizza was free... because.. reward points, basically, I neverget an actual free pizza because I will never meet the minimum when I get a free pizza coupon. In addition when this dominoscrews up, they don't give you a free pizza next time like other locations do they just screw up and then, you have to call themif you want something done about it. Of all the dominos I've used in the past this one makes the most mistakes and I have todouble check my delivery before they get out of the driveway. Read more
Don't tip ahead of time. Gave a huge tip and never received our food. The guy who answered the phone at 9/11 at 12a.m. said it... was our fault and that he was working alone. They need more and better employees. Read more
Okay so I placed an order online for pepperoni pizzas and I'm thinking when I changed the quantity it may have reset the pizzas... to cheese. The Domino's employee was very irritated and rude about the whole situation. I get it it's frustrating. But....Youget paid to do this job it's not like you're doing me any favors. This was the first and last time I ever go through Domino'sagain. I've worked in customer service for more than 15 years. Domino's needs to retrain their employees. He even knew I was anew customer cuz it says it on my receipt. Read more
