This dominoes is kind of subpar compared to the rest. I got a free coupon for a pizza through reward points, and I was unable... to use it because I didn't meet a delivery minimum... because my pizza was free... because.. reward points, basically, I neverget an actual free pizza because I will never meet the minimum when I get a free pizza coupon. In addition when this dominoscrews up, they don't give you a free pizza next time like other locations do they just screw up and then, you have to call themif you want something done about it. Of all the dominos I've used in the past this one makes the most mistakes and I have todouble check my delivery before they get out of the driveway. Read more
Don't tip ahead of time. Gave a huge tip and never received our food. The guy who answered the phone at 9/11 at 12a.m. said it... was our fault and that he was working alone. They need more and better employees. Read more
Okay so I placed an order online for pepperoni pizzas and I'm thinking when I changed the quantity it may have reset the pizzas... to cheese. The Domino's employee was very irritated and rude about the whole situation. I get it it's frustrating. But....Youget paid to do this job it's not like you're doing me any favors. This was the first and last time I ever go through Domino'sagain. I've worked in customer service for more than 15 years. Domino's needs to retrain their employees. After a long day of delivering grub all over the great city of Pueblo we had the unfortunate experience of ordering a pizza from... this establishment. I think you would be hard-pressed to find somebody as rude as the woman who was working between 11:00 andmidnight. Hatefully screaming at the customers who rang the bell. I'm just generally overall hateful. We could definitely tellthat our pie was made with the same attitude and work ethic as this woman was displaying with patrons who were at the walk upwindow. 0 stars. This store used to be the best pizza in Pueblo, but over the last year or so they've gone downhill. Our last 3... consecutive orders have been screwed up (2 were fixed) but this order today was not fixable. I ordered a pizza with NO red bellpeppers on it and lo and behold they were on there. To make matters worse, the pizza crust (thin) was not cooked completely andall the toppings slid off when you tried to grab a slice. I went to the store and showed Anna the manager the pizza as it wasand asked for a refund. Anna stated their system would not allow her to give me a refund but she could give me a credit for apizza and free dessert the next time I ordered, or they could remake the pizza. I told her I wouldn't be ordering from Domino'sPizza ever again due to the consistent problems encountered with their food quality. I asked for a refund again and was toldtheir system would not allow her to refund the money for the pizza. I am escalating this issue to Domino's Pizza corporateoffice for resolution. Read more
Has went downhill recently. All 4 of my last orders were incorrect, in one way, or another. This last time, when I spoke to the... manager, she told me that she is the one that made my order, and she knows they were fine. Sandwiches had almost no toppings,and one was burnt to black.
