Great cafe- LOVE the change of branding. Delicious coffee and really good sandwich. But- a little too pricey-$25 for my coffee... and sandwich today. More than I spend on my favorite salad at a restaurant in Cherry Creek. Read more

Really cool local coffee shop! I got a smoothie and it was really good. I sat and visited with a friend. It was good vibes in... there. There is stairway and upper balcony sitting area above the door that is sort of cool. I sat downstairs inside by thecashier's desk. The seating was like a window seat with cushions. The whole vibe is like shabby chic. The windows are good-sizedand lots of sunshine in there. There's political signs in there. I think political people like this place. It's near the big newcourthouse so alot of lawyers go in there probably. I saw some people in suits go in and out. That cool cheese shop is next doortoo. Read more

The ladies serving are very sweet and the cafe has an eclectic and cute vibe. The chai latte I got was decent as was the coffee... my friend got. I thought my muffin sandwich was just ok. They don't have too many choices for sandwiches. Definitely check itout for the coffee. Read more

Squawk Coffee is a hidden gem of the coffee bean here in Pueblo. A little off the beaten path of Starbucks and the Daily Grind*,... Squawk Coffee offers a new aromatherapy for the caffeine seeker. With a cozy interior and a loft for reservation the buildingoffers a pleasant atmosphere. The space opens up dramatically when the weather warms up as the outside court is very inviting. In the early morning I hear there are yoga meet ups during the spring and summer. And interesting factoid: the history of acoffee shop in this building is extensive. The most recent owners have been using the same bean roaster for about 14 years! Itis called Keva bean company. They air roast the beans instead of using the commonplace metal roasting technique. This reduceschar taste and creates an equal roast over each batch! Read more
