This coffee tastes like death. It looks like burnt water. I ordered chocolate milk and it never came. They dropped my omelet on... the floor. They broke literally three plates while we were here. Read more

Worst expierence. I came with my family to eat dinner. The sweet tea tasted ferminted. The containers were very unclean. My... entire family recieved there plates aside from me and finshed there dinner. She never checked on us except to bring the drinksand the meals. I was brought my plate once my children were ready to leave. I said i didnt want it at that point. She was notfriendly what so ever. I will never visit this Ihop again. Our waitress was Brittanie G. For being short handed in the kitchen we didn't have a long wait. The staff were very nice. I had a few questions and a comment... the manager had no problems coming over to talk to me. Answered all the questions. The food was very good. Thank you to thestaff of IHOP. Read more

There is a reason this IHOP has a high rating. Outstanding customer service and convenient RV parking nearby, two minutes walk... to the building. The employees gladly shared their expertise in the region and gave valuable information. We will be visiting COagain soon and will definitely return to this location. Read more

I hadn't been at IHOP for awhile, probably a year or so. I went with my gf and her daughter to get some pancakes. We ordered... coffee and they informed us they didn't have creamer, only milk. Our waitress was nice but she seemed a little overwhelmed. Iordered the 2x2x2 breakfast, my gfs daughter ordered a kids meal and my gf ordered a small breakfast in which the serverinformed her the price in the menu wasn't the right price and it would be more expensive. We each ordered coffee and herdaughter ordered a small orange juice. To our surprise, when we received our check they charged us $4 for each coffee weordered. For a tiny little cup of coffee. Our final bill was $52, not including the tip. The food was okay, a little below whatit used to be. When we went up to pay they didn't have any cashier. They had the host but he couldn't cash us out. We had towait for our server to come over and cash us out, having to use the money in her apron to give us cash back. Overall it was avery poor experience and I won't be going back to IHOP. Do not sit in Emily R's section. Waited for an hour, no food ever came to our table, my husband got up to look to see if order... was ready, it had been sitting under the warmers for who knows how long. When Emily noticed, she went over looked, got the foodwas supposed to be doing the icing on the pancakes, was still taking long so I went to see, and she was standing there lookingat someone else's phone and talking so our food was off the warmer then for who knows how long. When we brought it to herattention her excuse was the cooks were on break. When I let her know we seen the food sitting there she said "I was signing mycheck" so I told her good for you for signing a check instead of doing what you were supposed to be doing. My husband spoke tothe manager Amber and she and Danica made it right. Danica got tipped a nice tip. Read more

Our server today was Sarah whos been there 11 years. She was one of the best waitresses my husband and I have ever had at this... location. She was so genuine, friendly, fast, helpful, and was so on top of her tables to ensure the best quality customerservice she could provide. We ordered so much food and she was so attentive to us with our refills, she brought us plentifulcreamers and sugars for our coffee. Hands down miss Sarah deserves a raise for how amazing she is at her job! If more peopleprovided her 5 star customer service and interpersonal skills then i fully believe people would be more positive to eachotherall around. Way to go Sarah! We were the couple that ordered with you at approximately 11am this morning 10/30/2021 i got theMummy Burrito coffee water soda and my man got the double chicken fried steak breakfast.
