Ordered online for pick up through the drive through. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled up to the window and told them I had an... order only to be told "we have a speaker box you can use" then shut the door and came back with my food. I replied that Iwaited ten minutes utes at the box and asked if we could speak yo there manager. The girl working then replied call in anytimeshe will be glad to tell you the same thing it's her least favorite thing in the world. Then again shut the door and walkedaway! I was given the opportunities to sample twice?one via a credit card deal and the other from a Jimmy John's (JJ) reward. Both... to-go. I went inside an empty restaurant around Saturday noon during the first time, then used their drive-through the second.My sandwiches were the "#10 Hunter's Club" on wheat and "#11 Country Club" on a baguette. I don't see what the purpose of thissandwich chain is. They serve cold cuts, and other common ingredients, on two available-anywhere types of breads. There isn'tanything special or unique and any decent supermarket deli will be able to whip up something comparable but with much bettervalue (for example, Publix Deli, which is featured throughout their Southeastern U.S. stores and where JJ also has locations,will give JJ a humiliating sandwich beatdown). This location has nice corporate interior design and clean looks, which mask thetrue deficiency (the food). It's just another pointless "eat the decor" establishment. No wonder they dish out generousdiscounts and promotions, in order to sell ordinary sandwiches. Read more
JJ's is always a solid sandwich shop place. This location has always given us great customer service and the food was always up... to the quality standard we have expected. The price is about right for their food too. The only reason it's not 5 stars isbecause, although the flavor is good, it's only just good. It's not the best sandwich shop in town but it does have a drivethrough for people like me who don't always want to be around people. Read more

7:30 pm went for a sandwich. They have no bread for a sub. Ordered sandwich on wheat bread, with onions, they have no onions.... They close at 10:00. No one could make some more sub rolls or cut more onions? This darn Covid. Oh yeah Jersey Subs right aroundthe corner, enjoyed my sub from their. And just for the heck of it ordered one from the Subway down the street. They had plenty.How do you stay in business? Read more

Blake makes the best sandwiches! Shes pretty fantastic and friendly as well. Get that girl a raise!
