Very good burrito, speed was average, authentic Mexican experience.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Reviews were good so I gave them a shot. Majorly disappointed will NEVER return. Always check... your food before you leave! We ordered 2 carne asada quesadillas they had no filling but somehow still greasy! Called up thereman wants to argue with me and no refund. We had 12 people in our party! They pushed some tables togathet and seated us very quickly. They handed out the menus. Brought... out chips and hot sauce brought out our drinks quickly and kept the top off. The menu options are very numerous. Our party wasall over the menu some asking for special variations. The food came out very quick. The food was excellent and the portions arevery large. I live in Missouri we can not get good Mexican food where we live! Read more
So if you haven't been here you need to go. We went as a large party 10+ and they took amazing care of us. I don't remember what... the photo I took was called but that drink was delicious and the food matched. I don't visit Pueblo often but I will surely stophere when I do! Read more
Update: I am getting disappointed in this restaurant, every time I order the food is always different. The food is never... consistent. One time I ordered a breakfast burrito and they sent me a plate of rice and refried beans with tortillas andscrambled eggs. My son didn't mind but that was just one instance. It has happened many times after. I love their food but it'sa gamble on what you're gonna get after you order. We had chips and salsa, Carne asada fries, shrimp tacos and pastor tacos.Everything was delicious but the star of the afternoon was the Tacos Al Pastor. The Birria Sope needed a bit more seasoning butnothing a bit of their salsa can't fix. I wish I would have taken a picture of the awesome cheese pull from the carne asadafries but we just dove right into it. Read more
Friendly staff and clean tables. Chips and salsa were ok, salsa didn’t seem fresh. Barria tacos were really good. Asada... burrito was bland and wasn’t desirable. Chicarron and Pastor tacos were great with some lime. Read more

I would be willing to try this place again for dinner. Breakfast burritos To-go took about 40 min. Not only was my burrito 10+$... but I didn't eat more than half of it. Def not a Pueblo traditional breakfast burrito. Would not recommend for breakfast. Read more
