I use to love Little Caesar's but on numerous occasions they have not followed my request as to the way we need it. What good... does it do when the person that takes your phone number over the phone tells you what your last order was, you want it the verysame way again yet they don't follow how the last order was made? There was 10 cars in front of due to Halloween night, but customer service was amazing when it was my turn at the drive thru!

I went into the store to get a pizza meat lover I wanted a fresh cooked pizza but was told there is one in the warmer. After... getting home the pizza was slightly warm and the crust was hard. It has been in the warmer for some time. I talked to themanager the next morning and got zero results. If you are like me and want a cooked hot pizza go to Belmont store. Read more
I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and stuffed crazy bread on the Little Caesars app. Got a notification that my food was... ready so I entered the drive-thru line, however when I pulled up to the window they said my food wasn't ready yet. So I pulledover to the side and waited 15 to 20 minutes until my pizza and bread were ready. I only had a 5-minute drive home but when Igot home, the pizza was already lukewarm at best, going on cold - I'm guessing this pizza was not straight out of the oven soI'm not sure why I had to wait so long. Overall not a great experience. I may try to just do drive-thru next time instead ofusing the app to order ahead. Read more
If I could give zero stars? I absolutely would. When you order a pizza expecting it to arrive fresh and it literally arrives... like it?s been sitting out for hours that?s a huge problem. Mind you it was not the hot and ready so that?s not an excuse. Let?sjust say the pizza was soggy and cold. The driving distance is short so again not an excuse. I would not recommend this littleCaesars pizza if it was the last place to eat. I would suggest fixing this issue before you go out of business!!!! Read more
