I'm really confused what's so hard about reading someone's order and making it the way it's ordered. My family had 2 orders. One... of the orders was given a completely different sandwich than what was ordered. The second order was given 2 orders of mac ncheese instead of Mac n cheese and pizza and one of the sandwiches wasn't made how it was ordered. People in the kitchen need totake the time to read the order and check to make sure they are giving people what they ordered. Also when serving orders, staffshould check over the order and make sure it's correct. When it's not that busy it doesn't hurt to take an extra minute and makesure the order is correct. Read more
Place is so terrible now. God forbid you order a Chicken Caesar Salad, u won't get chicken with that salad. (ITS IN THE NAME).... That's like ordering a ham and cheese toasty and not get cheese on it. (ITS IN THE NAME). Oh wait that happened too. My own experience was pretty low as well- the girl that attended my mom didn?t really seem focused. But I?m posting this because... I watched Becky attend to a woman so rudely that I was already kinda grossed out with my experience from that point. A womanpaid for more avocado and explained she thought she?d get more than the already included amount in her salad. Becky mocked thewoman when she explained to the cook behind the counter, repeating what the woman said in a rude tone. Then the cook and anotherassociate were making jokes while fixing their mistake- while the woman was waiting next to us for her order. Pretty disgustingbehavior. Read more
I ordered a Savannah salad without cheese for take out. When I got home I found out my salad had Nothing On AT ALL! The whole... salad was a box of lettuce only. I don't think this was funny at all. I had never been there before. I was allowing my wife to eat any place. Was I ever amazed! The line was long but ever meal was... made fresh. Great service and very good prices I asked for an extra pickle I got two. I have went back a second time same way weare blessed to have them and their help.. Love this diner! The sweet chipotle sandwich is my favorite and their tea is so good!
I do not get the good reviews. While my chicken salad sandwich was ok, god only knows what happened to my chicken and dumpling... soup. Never had it before and it truthfully looked like they took the cellulite out of my thighs and turned it into soup.... thetexture was disgusting, went straight to the trash. Read more
