9 times out of 10 something is missing or incorrect from our order. They forget condiments, straws, they forget to salt fries,... fish sandwiches come without cheese, they give apples instead of more fries with Happy meals. It's always something. Read more

I?ve been a lot of places and to a lot of McDonald?s. This is literally the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. I went to... order 4 breakfast meals for my family visiting. My stepdad wanted a soda water, just a carbonated water. The drive thru personcould for the life of them not figure out what that was. We had to explain it to him like 5 times. Then I kept saying a number 1combo, a number 3 combo and he?d repeat back the wrong thing over and over and over. It took a solid 10 minuets to even completethe order. Just 4 combo meals with drinks. Then, we go to the window and it was like 45 dollars? then they hand us 4 cokes. Wedidn?t order cokes. Then after them trying to figure out our order for another 5 minuets they asked us to pull forward. So Idid, then they brought the food out. Just so desperate to leave I took off and once I got home, two things were missing. Had togo all the way back and showed them my receipt. They handed me the Sandwhich and hash brown they forgot. AGAIN, the wrongfreaking item. At this point I just gave up. Took what they gave me and left. Mind you this was after spending 2 whole days in acar traveling 1500 miles 35 weeks pregnant, this is the BS I had to deal with. Then I avoided this place like the plague myfirst month in Pueblo. Decided I wanted some McDonald?s and ordered off doordash. Who would have guessed it would be the wrongSandwhich and they forgot my hash browns again. I?ll never ever ever go here again. The worst experience . Waited almost an hour for a plain burger and nuggets. I went inside... The management on duty was... clueless and rude. I and everyone in my household will be going to Burger King or Wendy's from now on.. Poorest excuse for a res team I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Read more
I think they just do these things out of hatred at this point. Maybe it would be better if the company shut this location down... instead of luring customers so they can be served milk for iced coffee. Read more
Wow, all I can say is Wow. $10+ for a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and a 30 minute wait because the employee at the window gave... my order to the car in front of me but didn?t tell me. I asked for a Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper after the manager camethree times to my car. I can?t drink regular soda. Got to work 15 minutes late with an hour lunch, sad, sad, sad.
