Remodeling, which makes it hard to get in. There's a truck parked in the round a bout out front, blocked off with a gate,... rendering it unusable. The only way to access is US50 going west. I complained to a worker asking if the truck could park in aparking spot and was told to have a nice day, very lackadaisical. They say it will hopefully be done December 1 so hopefully Iremember to come back and update my review. Read more
Solid service but this location?s prices are outrageous compared to other McDonald?s. Why is a hash brown here $2.50 and more... expensive than a sausage McMuffin? How is a basic vanilla ice cream cone almost $3? Read more
I went through the drive-through for breakfast this morning, and either the employees are lazy or stupid or both. I asked for a... sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and three times I emphasized that they should put cheese on it. The receipt even said ?addAmerican cheese.? But when I got home and opened it, there was no cheese. Also, the food was not warm, and the biscuit was dryand hard. I have had had similar problems with this location in the past but thought I would give it a chance. Never again! Read more
Great food, biscuit and sausage not greasy at all! Fresh biscuit. Husband had egg and bacon biscuit and the scrambled eggs... were huge. Only complaint is I?d prefer more ice in my beverage. Read more
Terrible experience ????. Everything was off!BATHROOM- ????CONDOMS EVERYWHERE!! Kids saw it, sooo gross!! Don't know what all... is going on at this place but it's not about customer service. On top of that there was no soap, no paper towels and the onlytoilet paper was in shreds all over the floor. Food- ordered 4 burgers one with out bun for gluten sensitivity ( had a bun eventhough the sticker said no bun), iced coffee that was warm and no ice not even stirred. The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. We bought $25 worth of food in the drive thru and they... wouldn't let my pregnant girlfriend use the bathroom because she hadn't purchased food inside. Make that make sense. They wereextremely rude about it. It's a trash move to deny a paying customer the option to use the bathroom, but it's even more garbageto yell at her and be disrespectful about the situation as if she had done something wrong and asked for the world by requestingto use the bathroom. This place has no respect or compassion for anyone and would get less than a one star if possible. Absolutegarbage customer service. Read more
Today I decided to go to the drive-thru, I ordered a triple cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, and a Double Quarter... Pounder combo meal large. Sadly, I found out that they do not serve any chicken sandwiches after 10 p.m. I also requestedeverything cooked fresh, normally they put everything I ordered on the screen with a tag saying "cook to order" or somethingalong that phrase, but not this time. The person talking my order said the McDonald's cooks everything fresh and left theconversation at that. I finished placing my order at 11:18 p.m. and received my food at 11:27 p.m. This is not a bad amount oftime to wait, I have waited twice as long before. Order was all wrong. Asked for cheese on sausage egg biscuits and big breakfast with bacon and cheese but no bread. Mocha coffee... got hazel nut coffee no cheese on anything and no bacon. Read more
