Sent an email at 6:05pm saying 14-24 min. We got there at 6:30 (extra time). Still hadn?t brought our order out. So went in and... she tells us 30 to 50min instead. Well we were already over the 30min mark by the time we went in. This happened every singletime at this location. It?s getting old honestly. They canceled my order with no attempt at contacting me (other than email). I have worked in customer service for 4 decades and... this is not how customers should be treated. I guess loyalty and respect are concepts of the past. I will never spend anotherpenny with Papa Johns. Bad form folks! Read more
A great pizza restaurant chain. I personally love there pizza specially when I want to go out to a park or a vacation with the... kids. Am not a fan of Veggies but am a big fan of the extra pizza sauce and the gluten so I believe than an in the right place.The people who are working are very friendly and I always ask for extra garlic better dipping sauce, I know that not workingwith the people with diet, but there are always an options for people with allergies or diet. I have had several issues with this location. They are very slow despite being very close to my home and often forget items of... the order. This has happened more than once. Most recently, they delivered our food to the wrong apartment and forgot ourdrinks. I called and spoke to the manager and said the driver had delivered the drinks and the driver was confused by theapartment complex. Well they aren?t there. He said he?s ?just send a new one? and took another hour to get it. Called at aboutan hour to check if they were still sending it and manager was rude again and said the driver would be delivering it and thatthe driver tried to call and hung up. She never tried to call and delivered the soda to the wrong apartment again despiteknowing it was the wrong one. Terrible service for mediocre pizza. Read more
Their on line does NOT work! I tried 3 times for my class as a reward and they keep saying it does not go through. Plus they... will not honor the deals for on line. Ok so now I am confused. I did end up receiving my pizza's after I was told it did not gothrough. They even honored the price. Just hoping I don't end up with 9 pizzas and end up paying 2 extra times. Read more
The pizza was on point and the staff went above and beyond. They were so nice and inviting it felt like family! Everyone should... go eat there today keep them super busy! Staying 9 mins away at a hotel. Ordered online said ready in 33 mins. My order wasn?t delivered for 1 hour and 35 mins.
