I used to like this place but now I hate it! A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza went home cooked it and put it on the... table. My husband and I took two bites and realized it did not taste good, not the same as before. I call this place to let themknow the lady said to come in with the pizza, so I drive back and when they saw the pizza had almost a whole slice gone theysaid since we ate some pizza they couldn't give me another. How were we to know it didn't taste right if we didn't try it. WhenI told them this they looked at the pizza and said it was my fault because heating it up made the pizza dough bubble and that'swhy I couldn't get another. How were we supposed to know it would bubble or even why that mattered. I told them it didn't tasteright I didn't care if it bubbled. They went in and with determination not to make another pizza for me, treating me like I wastrying to get a free pizza, like a thief. I didn't drive home , cook the pizza for dinner, drive all the way back to do it allover again so I could replace the almost one slice of pizza that was gone, did I? They continued with trying to bully me untilthey realized I wasn't listening to the bull, they finally made another only after I fought back hard. Really, I did this to getone over on them for an almost slice of pizza??? I felt like I was in the twilight zone. They were so disrespectful so angryand treating me so bad. I will never step into this business again and I will share thier ignorance with all who will listen.The manager should be ashamed of herself and the staff she had trained to handle any situation! I have found that PM's pizza is always delicious and they have some fabulous deals certain days of the week. I was, however,... rather disgusted at how dirty the store was when I walked in. Trash all over the floor, cheese all over the outer-counter,scraps of paper, etc.. I worked in the pizza business for 24 years, it is one thing to have a mess on the kitchen side, butkeeping the lobby clean should be a priority. Customers judge the minute they walk in, and seeing this mess in the lobby made mequestion the cleanliness of the rest of the store. I almost asked them for a broom so I could do it for them.
