Always opens late and don?t even care that they are not opening on time even tho they have 3 workers

the employees are always rude and they're never prepared. I've been to the mall 3-4 times within the last couple months on... different days at different times and they never have pretzels. the wait is always 25+ mins. one of the times I went they had anonline order so they weren't selling any of their product they had prepared. Since we just moved from MD with the chain Wawa where they have the best soft pretzels, I have been really missing eating a good... soft pretzel. My sweet hubby took me to the Pretzelmaker store in the Pueblo Mall. There we ordered 7 pretzels at $3.00 + each.They told us it would take them 15 minutes for the order. . They were busy selling pretzel bites and they didn't have pretzelsready to go. It took 30 minutes. The pretzels were awful-something along the lines of flour/yeast ratio. They were skinny,tasteless and I was not a happy camper. I wanted to go back for a refund, however my hubby tends to avoid confrontation anddidn't think it was a good idea. We ended up throwing them away. Don't go here...their pretzels are terrible! What a waste of$20 +. Read more
