I have ordered the same drink for at least a couple of years. 4 shots of espresso with cold foam. Today I was told I would... have to pay for vanilla sweet cream cold foam, because the foam button wasn't charging me. Why would I be charged for somethingI am not getting. Is blended up non fat milk really 1.25 extra the same as sweet cream!!!!! This is terrible customer service. Be aware of what they are charging you!!!! Read more
Waited for a good while on my mobile order which was fine till I got my iced coffee. I put it in my cup holder and took off just... to take my coffee out and the cup was BROKEN inside another cup. Pure laziness! Knowing the cup is broken so putting the brokencup in another cup, it leaked on the seats of my brand new car! Read more
its a Starbucks! tried the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and its pretty dang awesome! comes with 3 pumps of apple, inrecoomend... 5 or more other wise it kinda falls short on the apple flavor. Food is decent and tasty. highly recommend the grilled cheese,fast, easy, and scrumptious!! Read more
Great drinks with friendly hardworking staff and it can get busy here. Store is clean and spacious.
Really disappointed in the customer service as well as product options. A drink that I've been getting for over a year has... suddenly changed, and when I asked the lady at the window about it, she just blew me off and said it hadn't changed. When Iasked further because it was clearly different suddenly, then she said it had been discontinued. Basically, now you have to payextra for what you got for free in the past. While trying to figure out more about this since there wasn't anyone in line behindme, she literally just turned away from the window and started working on something else while I was in mid sentence. Didn'teven attempt to finish the conversation or even say goodbye. Just turned around and walked away. Extremely rude. I wasn't mad oranything about what she had told me, I was genuinely just asking questions, because I want to figure out if the old way thedrink was sold was still an option. I guess she thought I was taking up too much of her time though, and she just left in themiddle of the conversation. Between the awful customer service, and the fact that the only drink I liked there is gone, I don'tthink I'll be back any time soon. Read more

Easy open service area. Small outdoor patio. Not the cleanest Starbucks you'll find and it's not the easiest to get to if your... traveling through town but I'm sure if you work or live in the area it's readily accessible. Read more
I love the medical ball. (Green honey citrus mint tea). It tastes so much better at the 4th street location. I have had 6 off... these at 3 different locations over the last 48 hours. I got the first one here. It was perfection. The rest were just not asgood. I will be getting one here tonight. The staff is also wonderful, as always Read more
