It?s upsetting to me that I pay over 8 dollars for my coffee and it can?t even be made correctly and then when you ask for it to... be made correctly you get attitude from the workers. I order the same thing I order it the same way. I know what I want I knowwhat I like. And for it not to be made correctly and then to have the worker be rude because you want it made correctly is notok. My coffee today just taste like sweet milk doesn?t even taste like it has 4 shots of coffee in it. But see why waste my gasand go back just to deal with the attitude again? Customer service sucked today .. they messed up our order and when we wanted it fixed, they acted like they were doing us a... favor.. made a medium instead of large, and seems like they expected us to take the drink that costed less that we already paidfor? not to mention that the girl who initially had the attitude made it a point to make us wait while she took he sweet smugtime. Although, I do like the drink I ordered. The time it took to get it was ridiculous, with only 2 people ahead of me, it took 20... minutes. If it was not for the lady doing the drive thru and asking if I had not got my drink yet, it probably would of beenlonger. Sorry, totally unacceptable! Read more
I went into the US-50 Starbucks a few days back and I was blown away at the customer service I was provided. Luke was our... Barista and he was so welcoming and inviting. He made our drinks perfectly and did it with a smile! Such a great experience, Iwill foresure be back again :) Read more
Absolutely ridiculous! I am at Starbucks literally daily! On average $10 a day! I have been waiting for 15 minutes for an... order?. An order that I did thru the app 25 minutes ago! They have literally everytime a regular walks in the door they jump ontheir order?. There are 8 employees working? well some working and some saying stuff like ?Hi I got you she will make yoursnext!? As I am still waiting. I ask how much longer for mine? they are starting mine next? now been told that 3 time. Andnow that I?m late for work yay me!! Just hope it?s worth me being late! Love this place! Hwy 50 starbucks is awesome, so helpful and friendly. The drive thru is the worst but it's always worth it. We... recently found the best drink...if you enjoy sweet, tastey cold coffee...a venti triple blonde espresso with 5 pumps of whitechocolate mocha a splash of half and half and Irish cream cold foam...it's so great and less then 5 bucks.
