I frequent this establishment nearly everyday! So much that just about every employee knows what I order. 8 out of 10 times the... drink sucks. There?s only a few who can make it correctly. Buuuut, my complaint is that employees close the store before actualclosing. They close at 8 but at about 7:45 or sooner they?ve already taken apart brewing machines and such where you can?t orderjust about anything!! This happens quite often. What?s the point of closing at 8??? You should be able to order anything until 8but these individuals are literally off clock at 8 on the dot!! Read more

Okay this location sells large Jug's of coffee. When we purchased two of these jugs it did not say that there was metal on the... inside of the jug. So when we microwaves them, in order to warm them up. They developed a hole in in each one of them. Thuscoffee everywhere. It was very nice of Starbucks to give us new large jugs of coffee. But I hope they put a warning on all oftheir jugs to never microwave them. Read more
