The owner of this Subway is rude, insulting, and condescending. I tried to cancel an order, and asked for a refund, and he told... me he didn't know how to do that. I mistakenly made an in-app order from this store. (I intended to order from a differentSubway.) The app said to call the store to cancel the order. I called multiple times reach the store -- and on the 11th callthe owner finally answered. He said he was busy, and couldn't help me -- if I didn't know how to use the app then I didn'tdeserve to have my money refunded. Read more
Me and my pregnant wife had went to pickup a grubhub delivery for a client and a girl named Allison was very rude to us at this... location a few weeks ago. My wife wanted to buy something to eat while we were on the road and Allison said in a very rudemanner, " are you supposed to be eating on the job!" I explained that we need to eat too. And that i am a partner with grubhuband I'm basically my own boss. I asked for her name for future reference and she said why? And she was just being so rude andunprofessional towards us. Worst customer service. They are VERY SLOW paced. I didn't ask for jalapeños and I got an entire HANDFULL, after saying I... didn't ask for that he looked at me as if I was in the wrong... I asked for a single line of vinegrette for him to drown mysandwich in it. Cookies were still doughy....lemonade tasted watered down. Didn't give me a bag for my 2 meals, almost droppedmy food and beverages. Never washed hands between sandwiches and POS. Never changed gloves between separate customer orders. Andthey were not wearing any aprons or name tags. Was rude to myself and all customers ahead and behind me. This was a alright subway location but no free refills on a beverage was disappointing. Also the sandwich was light on the... veggies like the profit margin was more important than giving a full sandwich. The young lady was very polite and thanked me forstopping in for lunch. Good for a quick grab, but not the normal amount of value I usually get from subway. Read more
