Wish I could have given it more than 5 ?. We sat at the hibachi grill. The soup and salad were delicious. The fried mushroom... appetizer was exquisite. Our chef called himself the Mexican samurai, he was wonderful! He was funny, personable and our foodwas cooked just perfectly. It was well worth the price. We had a great time. Read more

Great food and ambiance. Our kids love the hibachi grill show as a special treat and the steak is always tender and full of... flavor. Our chefs have been fun and the service great. While reservations for the grill are the best way to go they willalways do their best to work you in if there is space! Read more

We Have always loved Suehiro, it is the best sushi in Pueblo. We were very glad to see the new ownership has not affected the... amazing food or impeccable service. Highly recommend this place for sushi and hibachi!! Read more

Great experience, best food in pueblo. Our total was $70 for 2, which we find reasonable for hibachi. Kanoah was careful to... interact with everybody at the table. Make sure you make reservations if you want the hibachi grill experience. Family ownedwith every member represented which was cool. Read more

Well this one's kind of a tough one. My family goes out to eat once a year for my little sister that does birthday. We only go... to somewhere special to our family and this place goes above and beyond at making sure we have a good time. The chef alwayslightens the mood and does amazing fun stuff and gets us interacting with him. The rib eye steak and shrimp was awesome. Read more

3 stars for the food but extra 0.5 stars for the servers. We had no idea this restaurant was located in downtown Pueblo! They... have parking in the back so you can park there. We came here on a weekday night and it was pretty much empty. They have a decentmenu but it's not super extensive. We ordered the edamame, fried mushrooms, the ichiban and Pueblo rolls and the octopus andsquid as sushi and sashimi. The best part was the fried mushrooms. They were delightful and actually quite filling. The edamamedidn't have too much extra going on with it, which wasn't too exciting for me. The rolls were decent. The sushi was alsodecent. We loved the decor of the place a lot! They also have hibachi which will be nice to come back to later. All in all goodexperience but I wasn't completely wowed by the food. Read more

This place was amazing. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. My husband brought me here for our anniversary and it... was definitely worth it. The cook was super friendly, he talked with me and my husband and the couple that were at the tablewith us the whole time. I wish I would have gotten a picture of our meal, we ordered the chicken and shrimp, but we were sointrigued in conversation that I didn?t want to be rude. We also ordered a California roll and a Las Vegas roll and they were sogood, then we had mochi for dessert, and I?ve never really like mochi but this one was delicious. We will definitely be back!
