one of the worst taco bell?s you can find!! every part of my order was messed up, they have no idea what customer service is and... can?t even fix a problem when it?s brought up with their ?manager? what a joke!!! they served cold fries with a smile, a flatbaja blast tasting just like tv static , and they couldn?t even cut my mexican pizza? maybe that?s just the new way taco belldoes it. i deeply regret spending money here do not recommend!!! The food itself was perfectly fine, but that was just about the only good thing about my experience. All of the building's... outside lights (including signs) were off, so I actually drove down Pueblo Blvd several times before I could find it. A man cameinside at one point while I was waiting, asked if the drive-thru was open, and politely informed staff that their lights wereall off. The woman at the window said "I know" and then turned away to ignore him, didn't even offer an explanation or anapology for it. My order was supposed to be drive-thru, but I changed it to in-store because there was such a long line outside.There were cars wrapped halfway around the building, and at one point the line didn't move for about 5-10 minutes, maybe longer.While I was sitting in my car outside, I saw somebody get out of their car in the drive-thru and go inside twice, probably tosee what was taking so long. When I went inside, I was not greeted at all for about 5 minutes despite multiple employees movingaround the store and talking to each other and even coming over to the counter to serve another customer. The food itself tooklonger than expected considering there were several employees in the kitchen, but I don't usually mind waiting for something aslong as it's made well. When my food was finally handed to me, the employee turned away and I had to catch one of the ladiesthat was sweeping to let her know that I was supposed to have two drinks as well. Overall, as someone who has worked in foodservice for several years, I feel that the service was extremely lacking and things were not handled well at all. I usually love this Taco Bell, always good service and pleasant people. The soft taco supreme is one of my favorites because it... has sour cream in it. The pictures below is what I got when I ordered 2 of them today; they don't look appealing with the meatjuice dripping all over and barely any lettuce or cheese, to make this worse there wasn't even a little bit of sour cream oneither of the tacos which is the best part. I paid for 2 soft taco supremes and I got 2 mediocre regular soft tacos instead. I'mvery sad. Read more
Only three stars, its okay. Only problem they always run out of supplies. Strange how a million doller franchise runs out of... supplies. On top of that Taco Bell got rid of the Mexican pizza, that was one of the reasons I went there besides the tacos.Taco bell franchise has really gone down hill, wonder why, they used to be a power house. Sad to see one of favorite franchisesloose such a good menu and run out of supplies. Hopefully they bring back the Mexican pizza. Read more
They always give you what you want, how you want it!! The staff is always very courteous and helpful!! The only thing that is... frustrating is it takes them longer to get you your order if you walk in. It seems like they put all drive through orders firstand walk ins usually take 10 + minutes waiting to get your stuff!! I would suggest that they split up their crew to serveeveryone in a more expedited time frame!! Read more
I always tend to have a good experience when I come here and the employees have always been preety nice so I wanted to go ahead... and make a review to say that. The parking is really good and they have never been that busy because they are kind of in asecluded area but they are literally right next to the highway. The cleaniess of the restaurant is pretty good and the food isalways fresh and hot when I order. I mostly get the power bowl as you should see pictured in the attachments. I noticed thatthey have the kiosk that takes your orders now. They will take your order at the counter if you prefer to do so but they willonly take cash to my understanding. Other than that, I enjoy my food from here everytime I have to make my way through Pueblo.Enjoy and take care. Read more
This Taco Bell was clean, quick, and had modern decor. They were very responsive, professional and kind while correcting a... mistake they made on the order. So, I give them 5 stars because no place can get your order perfect 100% of the time, but theycan choose to rectify their mistakes with grace, which they did. Keep it up, Taco Bell! Read more
