Other than a long wait, it was okay. Didn't know I had to use a kiash to order and a customer that had been waiting for 30... minutes told me that. Someone took their order and they didn't even know it. So make sure you watch and listen or it couldhappen to you. Place was busy and seemed short handed for help. Food is always good. Read more

Usually don?t stop at this location because of the service or lack there of and no matter how many cars they have one car or ten... cars the wait is no shorter than 20-30 minutes. I came anyway against my better judgment. Walked in 25 minutes have not evenbeen acknowledged they can check the cameras only one person in front of me they also have yet to even be greeted. IF IT WERE POSSIBLE I would give them a negative rating.. Employees are quite rude and not very friendly or attentive, we stood... at the counter for 10 mins to have one employee look at us and walk away. One walked away from us and the only other customer ashe was talking. The one that took our money had to ask if we had a smaller bill... Do not even attempt going to this taco bell. I live near this location and it is awful. Taco shells are ALWAYS STALE. They must... just leave them out in the open 24/7 cuz three times in a row over this last year I had to just get a refund cuz it was justgarbage. $20 just for one person to eat and I take one bite and it's stale and cold. They can't even get the soda right. Allflavors are always out and they give it to you anyways. Always taste it before you drive off cuz chances are it's allcarbonation and no flavor cuz they don't change the soda. I got 3 sodas in a row that were all out it was a joke. We ordered from the taco bell app and ordered a chalupa, a crunchwrap, a taco, and a grilled cheese burrito, and we went to pick... it up they said they didn't have the right food to make ANY of what we ordered. I tried getting a refund and they claimed I hadto do it through the app, but I've been trying for days and can't get a hold of anyone. I understand being short handed but it was not very nice when you got people waiting to get their orders taken and being... harassed by a couple drunk people sitting inside eating food from another restaurant. The whole time not one employee even comefrom the back to even check on anything until a lady hollered for someone to come up front and take some orders. Read more
