The only Wendy's location that makes door dashers go inside for their orders as well as their own food, yes, this happened to me... more than once. Going through drive through for my own order, get a DD order while in the line, as soon as they hear that, I'mmade to get out and get both orders... VERY annoyed. Read more

By far probably the worst Wendy?s in southern Colorado. Service was terrible, young woman flipped me off through the glass for... pointing out that the drinks were ordered with no ice. Then to top it off fries and nuggets were stale and soggy. Can?t believewe get better service and better quality food in Trinidad. Ridiculous. Ended up having to go to McDonald?s because everythingwas basically inedible. Read more
It's one of my favorite places to eat, seems to have been really busy the last few times I've went to get something from there... to eat and it took a little bit longer than I expected but turned out good when I was able to get our order and go home to eat. Read more
Poor customer service if I?m being honest. As well as listening skills. Ordered grilled came home style ordered a double got a... single ordered a jr bacon and got no bacon?asked a meal to be large and they only upgrade the fries???? Replaced the drink to belarge but gave attitude on the rest THEY GOT WRONG! EVERYTHING WAS A MESS AND THE NIGHT MANAGER LITERALLY DID NOT CARE. So Ibasically wasted my money to enjoy a meal. I don?t get to spoil my family often but when I do I at least expect it to beright?..really disappointed with this store. Read more
Well now isn't this special. Walked in to this location, went to the counter...5 minutes later an employee came out of the... bathroom. He did acknowledge my existence and stated someone will be right out to help me. Well, several more minutes went byand nobody came to take my order. ???? At the 10 minute mark I called it DOA, no resurrection for this sale. I guess they mustlike low numbers and ratings. No worries I won't bother y'all again with my personal hunger... You get five stars because of Stephanie she has great customer service skills always cleaning the tables asking customers if... everything is okay. Very happy to see that after all when you're out in the dining area you're putting on a show for thecustomer you're showing the customer you care about their dining experience that's why you mop the floor repeatedly weather itneeds to be cleaned or not it's a show for the customer.
