I used to like Wendy?s. Decided to go there before heading on an out of town trip. Went through the drive through. They messed... up my husbands drink and forgot one of our sandwiches. When my husband went in to get the missing sandwich the cashier was rudeand the staff in the back were rolling their eyes. They went back to look at the orders and found ours that sure enough listedthe missing sandwich. No apologies for the attitude given. When the manager talked to my husband he mentioned the drink and hegot more eye rolls. My husband is diabetic. When you mess up his drink order it can make a difference between him being healthyand him getting really sick. I can forgive them messing up the order, but I can?t forgive them for the disrespectful attitudethat was given. Read more
This is now the second time I've been shorted my baconator fries, I order the same thing every time and they seem to short me... the fries , the first time I went back and the female I spoke with was beyond rude to the point of me just leaving withoutgetting the food I was charged for and not given, this time I tried calling and no one even answered, but the same lady wasworking so I don't even want to deal with her again... But it has become a habit, and I was the only order they had in the drivethru no one in side they weren't busy or over whelmed. I'm understanding stuff happens but it's the same thing the same lady whodoesn't like me I guess, and I'd rather avoid the argument she'll create by me asking for my product I paid for. Every time I go here during the day things are. But when I go after 7 every single time my order gets messed up. For instance... today. I ordered 2 "biggie bags" both the same with the same drink. I received 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, 1 order of fries and 1order of nugs all in the same bag... Come on night crew, pull your acts together!!! Read more
I?m not sure what?s going on with the Pueblo CO side of this franchise. More people need to be hired. Shouldn?t have to wait 30... min for a junior bacon. I ordered ahead from the mobile app for breakfast, and got there in time to check in. They made me wait three minutes at the... speaker box but still got me checked in at 10:30. But by the time they finished with the cars in front of me and I got to thewindow, they told me they wouldn't serve me because I was late for breakfast when I got to the window. They would not cancel theorder and told me to do it from the app when I got home. I tried to cancel it right at the window and it told me my order couldnot be cancelled or edited because the restaurant had checked me in and was making the order. They refused to budge and told methat they were not going to give me any food or assist with refunding the order in any way. I'm currently trying to get intocontact with someone at Wendy's who can refund me. Read more
Hadn't been on this Wendy's since their remodel. All previous visits were disappointing, however it appears with the remodel... some sanitary standards were addressed. I'm happy to say I had a good lunch experience & enjoyed my hamburger combo. Good job &keep it up. Read more
Was a good experience the people were nice but slow. Felt they were more concerned about getting drive thru orders than counter... service. Food was hot and good no problem there and the place was generally clean. Read more
