I went to Dairy Queen in the afternoon. I ordered a blizzard and was highly disappointed with the customer service and the ice... cream quality. The girl who was running the drive through was rude and not friendly. As she was handing me the blizzard she hadan extra cup under it and she did not flip it as any other worker would. As she knew the blizzard was too watery to serve. Myblizzard was drinkable as I left the drive through. That was a waste of my money. Read more
I love the banana splits and i go often 4 them, but the last 3 times I watched my splits sit on the counter in a hot kitchen 4... about 3 to 4 minutes the guy was too busy taking orders, and when I did get my food and change our ice cream was almost liquid.A little more hustle getting the food to the customers would be nice!! Didn't ask if I wanted small, medium, or large with my combo. Forgot my husband's gravey for his chicken strip basket so he... received no sauce whatsoever, no ketchup or napkins, and worst part is; they made the ice cream FIRST! Then asked us to pullaround and wait because our food was taking longer than normal. Needless say, the ice cream was no longer ice cream by the timewe got home. They need new help in the drive-thru because that was so horrible it was comical! Otherwise the food was delicious. Read more
I normally go to this location because it's the best and their customer service is on point. Customer service is still awesome... but the food I got just now was not. I bit into my burger and my lettuce and tomato legit burned the top of my mouth and cheesewas super runny. Never had that happen to me untit today. It's almost like they popped it in the microwave before sending it.I'm big sad ?? but my pup is happy with his pup cup! Read more
