I was contracted to do work there, but while I was there, I was able to see a side of the employees that most don't get to... observe. I don't remember the name of the two guys that were working, but both were friendly and very competent. The atmospherewas professional. They made me some jalapeño bread knots that were spectacular and the service was stellar. If you are wantingthis type of food, I definitely recommend this franchise. Very clean and professional. Ordered cinnamon pull apart desert and came with a piece missing. My wife called in and talked to Ken about it. He kept saying... "if you'd listen to what I'm saying", not even giving her the option to explain anything. We needed him to understand that wedon't want driver's finger's in our food. Also, we set a stool out by the front door and requested they set on the chair andring the bell. They just stood there and rang the bell. My wife even checked the box for them to leave at the door. I know thisis just a rant, but the point is bad customer service...in an online social world is bad for business. Read more
Never had a bad pizza from Papa Johns but today the delivery wasn?t great. If the driver drops it or tips it accidentally, you?d... think they take it back to the store to have it checked out..don?t just deliver it. Wish I could add photos to this review?????????????????????? Read more
Delivery driver dropped the wrong food off, I called the store. They made the driver come back for the four pizza's to take them... to the right house. I'm pretty sure that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm still without my pizza's that I ordered over an hourago! Definitely save your money if your kids are hungry. I'll also say your delivery driver openly admitted he just picked thepizza (with no safety seals) up from the other customer and brought it to my home. I asked for the pizza to be remade. Read more
Pizza here is undercooked and the ingredients are not fresh Both my girlfriend and I got sick after eating their food and their... pineapple was definitely past it's prime. Delivery driver brought us the wrong food at first. The only positive I can bring fromthe experience was that they were open and delivered. Read more
The last 4 times I've ordered here my order has been messed up. Anything from not making a true half & half pizza, not cutting... the pizza, giving the wrong style of crust, to selling my family a pizza that was still raw! I complained 2 out of the 4 times,but now its just sad. It seems like the employees don't read the order ticket and don't follow directions. The Papa Johns 5 minsin Pueblo is worth the drive because this one just keeps messing up. I don't recommend the Pueblo West Papa Johns. Read more
