Resevior Brewery proved to be quite the hidden gem in Pueblo West! We were greeted by friendly owners, experienced good... service, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the specialty sandwiches. All of this coupled with the reasonable prices left usfeeling like we landed a great bargain. Loved the food. Had pretzel bites and a Cuban sandwich. Beer was great. Service was wonderful. They are very kind to dogs. Had... water outside for them. This place is well worth a little detour! Their beers are delicious, creative, and well crafted. I particularly enjoyed the... Lizard Elixir, Pronghorn, Moonlight Bite, and the Peach Creamsicle! The sandwiches were the perfect food to go along with theirbeer. Remember, a small menu means they do things fresher and better!
