If I could do less than one star I would. I?ve been a hand full of times in the year I?ve been here. Not once has our order been... right or the service been even half way decent. One manager (last year) cursed my mother for calling to let them know half ourorder was missing. We pay for extras on ice cream for the kids and never get it. The staff are very courteous and friendly, however, I asked for onions and mustard on my foot long coney and got home to find... these missing. I also ordered fries and two corn dogs but found no ketchup or mustard had been provided. Pretty bland meal asa result. I hope the staff can fix what I consider simple issues that make a big difference to the customer satisfaction. Thank you. Read more
I pulled up pushed the button... (I thought I did). And I waited..... soon a girl walked from inside, out to my truck and... wanted to know if I was waiting to order... I quickly realized I had NOT pushed the button. This was the nicest girl ever... shewas paying attention to customers that weren't even customers yet! THIS WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Teenage hangout not suitable for families and seniors. The language was disgusting, people just parked their cars... got out... and just hanging with their friends. Hard to find a space to order food. The food was good, but was glad to leave there. Yes itwas around 8 pm... never will go back. Read more
Trash. Be ready to wait 10, 20, maybe even 30 minutes. Time doesn't exist to them. Food will be dry and made wrong. App never... ever ever for over a year now works. So don't plan on Tuesday night half price or any other specials. Get ready for a slew ofexcuses. Oh and don't get blocked in a stall by the massive line of cars in the drive through they always can't seem to handle. Crazy sonic allows the establishment to carry their name. No automated excuse or 1800 number needed, thanks. They could just beheld to sonic standards and we could all move on with life. Read more
Since the start of the Dilly cheeseburger and dilly fries promo ,this location does not serve it. They are always making the... excuse they haven't received enough of the ingredients to make any of it. I have been 5 times this summer, in June, in July, andnow in August. Still have never tried the Dilly cheeseburger and Dilly fries. Does it even exist? And no delivery , STILL. Read more
