Waited in line for, no joke, 2 hours and moved 4 car lengths, boxed in the drive thru so you can't get out. Then when we finally... get the food, entire order is wrong and we got told to just come back the next day. Staff was awful, food was just thrown inbags with toppings everywhere. Read more

Been sitting in the drive through line for 20min and only 5 cars have been served. Have plenty of time to write this review.... This location takes a long time to process customers. Fast food shouldn't take 45 min. Read more

Every time I am here it is the longest experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I?ve been waiting in line so long that I have... time to write this review?. And still waiting. The managers really need to manage their staff better. Also, always very dirtyinside building. I always have to clean my own table before I sit. Read more

We had to wait well over 30 minutes for a power bowl ONE 5 dollar box. Not only did they take so long they got a annoyed look... after I asked for my two drinks. Beyond disappointed as I work in fast food 10 minutes is not even close to expectable non theless 30+ this isn't the first time tacobell is this way at night time. Read more

Worse experience. Service was slow, stood at the cashier forever waiting for someone. Ordered and took 30 minutes to get my... food. Then I checked all my food and they missed alot of things. So I go back then it take another 10 minutes just to get thoseitems. The inside was dirty, trash everywhere. Needs new management or something. Read more

This is not directed at the employees as it?s completely out of their control. However it is directed at management and whoever... is responsible for ordering items. This specific store is constantly out of everything. I?ve had several to go/drive thru ordersbe wrong cause they were out of something. Or you?ll go there and can?t order anything because they have nothing left. Today wasanother incident where after we already ordered they informed us they were out of almost everything. After asking for a refundthey told us they couldn?t do that. (No idea why not.) Then had to piece together an order before leaving. Horrible service today. They locked the front door so we walked through the drive through in the hot sun. After 15 min in... line, we get to the window and they told us to come inside to get our food, and that they had unlocked the doors now. Uponcoming inside, there was a line that we had to wait in and it took another 15 minutes to get our food. I was obviously upsetand asked to see the manager. She started yelling at me and didn't believe me when I told her I had already waited outsidebecause the front door was locked. No apology was given, no discount, and no napkins in our order either. This location is disgusting and completely unprofessional. The (ex) manager (guy in pic) got aggressive with me for having my... phone out and incited a very aggressive situation. There is constantly food everywhere, the place looks like a perpetual foodfight. They don't clean up, and the staff looks as dirty as the floor. I do my best to avoid touching any surfaces when I pickupmobile orders for a friend.
