I ordered my food and when I received my order it was stone cold. Felt like it was cooked over an hour ago. Everything was cold.... They also forgot my sauce so I waited an additional 35 minutes in the drive thru just to get my sauce because the lobby wasclosed. Read more
That place is so dirty! We took our food outside to eat. All tables were empty but dirty. Even the counters and the drink... station nasty. Won't go back there again. Read more
Order simple sandwiches! Both sandwiches made wrong, fries cold, and couldn't get the drinks correct. Don't bother spending... money there, go to the gas station next door. You're guaranteed food made to order. Read more
Ordered two bacon biscuits hard as a rock and one slice of thin bacon. This is not my first bad experience. Just tired of the... thier hit and miss food quality and having to take a chance if the food's going to be good. Get rid of the heat lamps make yourfood fresh. Read more
The only reason I'm giving this a 1 ? so I can give a review. Burger King in Pulaski Tn is absolutely horrible! Went thru the... drive thru Sat July 9th. I had to wait app 20 minutes before Bianca brought the food out( Only ordered 2 sausage egg and cheesecrescents). The crescents we're cold. I called to ask why food was cold. So the person answered the ph said she was Manager, butwould not give her name. But when she answere said McDonald's may help you and started laughing and said meant Burger King. Shesaid they were short staff only 2 were there. I understand the short staff. Then she asked me who was the person that broughtout your order. So if only 2 were working and if it wasn't her then, it had to the other one. She told me to bring thesandwiches back and come back the next day and she would give me a free one.(Why the next day?) But the food tasted like it hadjust came out of refrigerator. It was also the worst customer service! Read more
Me and my friend went in to have lunch and it was difficult to even get waited on. Cashier acted as if we were a bother by being... there.she was very rude . We received our order and asked for napkins and the shift manager got a new package of them started toopen them and then went to the back of the kitchen and made us wait for a couple of minutes then slammed them down on our trayand said here you go . This restaurant was very dirty , the employees were rude and disrespectful . Corporate office should benotified and check this place out . Needless to say , I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this restaurant . Itis evident there is no management at this place .I would never go to this Burger King again . Got my order completely wrong even though it was correctly repeated back. Fries tasted like cardboard. Two bites and threw it... back in the bag and didn't even give it to the dog. Giving an extra star only because the sweet tea was actually really good. Read more
This place is great the workers are very friendly and professional. Kinda feel bad sometimes I go in their though because most... of the time I only see two workers even when they are busy.. bit maybe someone else could be hiding in the back lol Read more
